One of the best options to visit in Milano, especially for the free Sunday visits! Their collection is awesome, from European depictions and sculptures to Anatolian/Turkish rugs. I really appreciated the variety of the collection.

Our family came here at 3pm on a Tuesday. It’s free admission and the staff are very friendly. We spent about an hour admiring the 19-20 century paintings and sculptures. A good relaxing time away from the heat and crowds.

Wonderful exhibition and a beautiful building. The ticket prices were also low and there were just a few people, so we could freely enjoy art pieces and ourselves

Classic stylish exhibition halls and a wide selection of paintings and sculptures. You can spend a relaxed and pleasent time here as well as have some nice lunch in the restaurant next to the museum called Lubar.

One of the most interesting and beautiful museums I’ve ever visited! The entry fee is quite cheap (5EUR in general and 3EUR for students). Magnificent artwork. Pieces of famous artists: Picasso, Sezanne, Van Gogh, Sisley, Bodoni, Modigliani, and Matisse.
Highly recommended!

A gallery with two floors dedicated to the development of modern Italian painting and sculpture. Chronologically ordered in a former palazzo, it is an interesting journey. The third floor is an eclectic collection of Italian, Asian, and other art, including some by Picasso, Matisse, and Van Gogh. Spent a pleasant three hours admiring the art and the building. Recommended.

A nice and quiet gallery to visit in a beautiful afternoon. I dont know about the history of the building, but the view to the Garden is awesome. They have a limited art collection comparing to other "pinacoteca" in town, but the quality is great. I love the atmostphere here in GAM, where every room is small enough for me to not feel overwhelmed but big & insightful enough for my curiosity. The slightly minus point is they dont have audio guide, but because of the hospitality of museum staffs, I still rate it 5 stars.

The texture of Inverno nel Pio Albergo Trivulzio is unique. Lighting on sculptures, the layers and contrast of shadows are stunning xX

A reference for modern art in Milan. Free on Tuesday afternoons! Gorgeous architecture, both outside and inside, create a very particular set for the artworks; at the 1st floor, each room has its own decor and colors. The collection presented at the 2nd floor is incredible, and the set design is very particular.
Have a walk in their gardens too!

The best art museum in Milan for me. I love the arrangement very much. The building (Villa Reale) itself is already such a piece of art. The art works have the great echo with the ambient.

Not the kind of mordem I was expecting! But I’m really pleased with the overall visit! Besides the pairing there are some really entertaining sculptures and some product designs in some of the rooms.
The gallery is pretty easy to navigate even without a map but I believe they provide you with one anyways when you’re buying your ticket
I got there 1 hour after they opened so it was pretty empty and calm.

This museum is part of Milan municipials museum and you cen get acces through buy ticket for 12 euros for all civil museums. Museum is situated near National museum and you can find it easily. Inside you can find some very rare paints and also whole building is in very nice architectonic style. I really recomended to make stop there and employers inside are very helpful and recomended in your map what another must see if you are interesting in paints and art at all.
