Pizzeria Chiaroscuro

My first and so far the best frito misto and fried calzone. The restaurant is not along the main road but was surprisingly fully booked when we came. It was not even a weekend. Since i had the frito misto here i have been ordering that whenever i see it in the menu. Unfortunately, i’ve never had it elsewhere with the same quality and taste. At Pizzeria Chiaroscuro, the mixed seafood and vegetables were evenly coated with thin and very tasty batter fried into perfectly crispy and delicate pieces. The fried calzone was also enjoyed. Place is really good to eat a slice of Pizza, orders arrived after 6-7 minutes, lot of people on saturday. Pizza was really tasty, wooden oven and Pizzas with High Crust typical of south of Italy.

In addition to the delicious pizzas, there are also these delicious first courses! potato gnocchi with mushrooms and pumpkin cream 🥰. Great service and nice place!

Sono andato a cena con amici per mangiare la pizza. È stata veramente una esperienza positiva. Le pizze veraci sono con un impasto leggero ma riempite davvero in maniera abbondante! Davvero così ricche che quasi non ce la fai a finirla ma godi! Il personale è gentile ed il servizio rapido. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Guardando gli altri tavoli sembra che la loro specialità sia pesce...torneremo sicuramente per provarlo.

La pizza è morbida, idratata, "alla napoletana", proprio come piacciono a me.
Facile da digerire si vede che è fatta con buoni ingredienti e con la giusta lievitazione.
Ce ne sono anche quattro tipi con il crostone ripieno di ricotta, le mie preferite!
Suggerirei solamente di aggiungere più condimento sopra, e di stare attenti alla cottura perché a volte sotto è troppo annerita.

Molto consigliato, ho provato solo alcuni piatti ma le pizze avevano un Bell aspetto! Personale rapido cortese, la pizzeria ristorante era molto affollato ma non abbiamo atteso molto. Meglio prenotare. Il timballo di riso venere e salmone delizioso, il tonno interessante. Una buona soluzione per tutti

Ristorante con una delle pizze più buone ( secondo me ) di Firenze. Il posto non è grandissimo ma è molto accogliente e pulito. La qualità del cibo è spaziale, la pizza morbida e leggera come una piuma. I ragazzi/e che lavorano li sono super gentili e simpatici ti fanno sentire a casa. Ovviamente il prezzo finale cambia in base a cosa si prende ovviamente, ad esempio ( ultima volta che ci sono andata ) 3 persone, 2 antipasti, 3 pizze, 2 birre, 2 coca cola, 2 caffè 100€ prezzo più che onesto con la qualità e il servizio apprezzatissimo. Super approvato e consigliato
