I was looking for a store to buy soaps and creams as a gift for my mother , then i found this store on the street.
I went inside and the feeling was amazing , lots of pleasant smells and a huge variety of products.
The seller was lovely!
And Everthing was perfect thank you very much!!

I bought perfumes for my Mom and Dad. They have a great range for both genders and the shop owner is very helpful. I wanted something authentic Italian made gifts for my parents and this is the perfect shop. I’ll visit again for myself

i went there with my sister twice. she didn't speak italian but the owner had been so helpful and kind, she explained everything to her. the products are fantastic too. i have been to the same shops in other part of the city but this one is the best!

Abitando in zona passo spesso davanti al negozio L’erbolario Milano di via Teodosio 46 e mi sono chiesto tante volte come mai sia sempre così affollato; oggi sono entrato per la prima volta ed ho capito il perché!
Mentre attendevo il mio turno, ho sentito la Sig.ra Maya spiegare con competenza e chiarezza, ad un cliente, le caratteristiche di alcune erbe da lei suggerite.
Poi rientra da una consegna la sig.ra Daniela Alberici che, scoprirò poi, lavora in negozio da 30 anni, inizialmente come collaboratrice poi come titolare in affiliazione franchising. Sapevo già cosa acquistare, ma la Sig.ra Daniela prima mi ha preparato una confezione regalo che è a sua volta un regalo, poi mi ha regalato con gioia il racconto delle iniziative che accompagnano la sua attività: devo dire che sono davvero molto significative. Per esempio mi ha colpito molto che collaborino con l’università Statale, facoltà Scienze e Tecnologie Erboristiche, offrendo agli studenti il tirocinio curricolare; leggendo le recensioni degli studenti che hanno avuto la fortuna di formarsi da loro, c’è da essere orgogliosi che nel mio quartiere ci siano persone come Daniela ed il suo team che offrono a chiunque frequenti il loro ‘giardino’ un’esperienza indimenticabile.
Non vi chiedo di credermi, ma di provare voi stessi: sono certo che leggerò presto le vostre recensioni entusiaste. Congratulazioni.. e grazie davvero. Clemente

Entrando nel negozio di via Teodosio sembra di entrare a casa propria ma più bella, la titolare Daniela sprigiona competenza ed empatia, e’ un piacere ascoltarla anche con gli altri clienti, perché non ha fretta nell’illustrare i prodotti del negozio e la loro origine, cercando di conoscere meglio il cliente per potergli associare il prodotto più appropriato, si capisce l’amore che ha per questo negozio, ha attenzione nei confronti di tutti, valorizza le colleghe che lavorano con lei da anni e rende un semplice acquisto una bella esperienza. Complimenti davvero.

L'Erbolario è sempre un'esperienza piacevole! Il negozio è bellissimo e molto ordinato, Daniela, Maia e le ragazze, sono un valore aggiunto al negozio perché oltre ad essere sempre gentili e sorridenti sono sempre attente alle esigenze del cliente, pronte a dare consigli e a spiegare le nuove fragranze e le nuove linee. Bravissime nel preparare magnifici confezioni regalo e a lasciare sempre campioncini!

Esperienza molto piacevole, il personale è molto professionale ed attento alle esigenze del cliente, il tutto condito da grande gentilezza ed umanità. Il negozio è veramente molto bello.
La titolare inoltre è stra gentile e mi ha messo molto a mio agio, ognuna delle sue proposte per la mia skin care erano ben spiegate e motivate, con l’acquisto mi ha anche fornito dei campioni, veramente una cura del cliente notevole!
