Amazing - breathtaking and so impressive. Affordable tickets for whats inside - worth it! Every room is better than previous - well maintained and with knowledgeable museum attendants that speak several languages in every room. For a good visit plan 3+ hours, absolute must see of this beautiful city.

A must see Royal complex in the center of Turin! Lots and lots of rooms to visit to discover the original history of Italy with its monarch. All rooms are week preserved and it’s event possible to get lost because the path it’s very long, from the stables till the bedrooms and even an art-gallery. Get a map and enjoy the Gallery!

Definitely worth it. Is one of the most interesting and diverse museums I’ve been. You will find works of amazing art, sculpture, the palace itself, the armory (my favorite), the Roman ruins, and more. Try to go in the early morning, otherwise is crowded.

It was a great experience to see the history of Torino and so many artifacts. Takes a long time to see everything, so schedule ahead.

Among the objects belonging to the collection are the sword of San Maurizio, one of the most important relics owned by the Savoy family, made in the 13th century and still preserved with its 15th-century impressed, gilded and painted leather case; a 14th-century enamel horse bit from Naples; a 16th-century pistol which belonged to the emperor Charles V; precious armour such as count Girolamo Martinengo's corsaletto (breastplate), dating from c. 1540, Henry II’s parade shield (c. 1556 – 1559), and the war and jousting armour made by the Milanese
armourer Pompeo della Cesa around 1590; extremely rich arms such as the hunting musket decorated in ivory by the German engraver Adam Sadeler around 1600; the sword used by Napoleon during his campaign in Egypt; guns and rifles owned by Charles Albert of Sardinia and by the kings of Italy Victor Emmanuel II and Umberto I; a Russian model Smith & Wesson revolver dating from the late 19th century.

Well worth the visit. One ticket gets you entrance to the palace, an art exhibit, and an antiquities museum. The palace is the main attraction for me and was lavishly decorated and vast. It is beautiful to see where royalty in Italy once lived. The armory in the palace had a vast collection of armor and weapons. There was even a piece of samurai armor gifted by a Japanese Emperor. I would recommend this museum to anyone visiting Turin. Also at one point you can see the chapel and from there a view of the cathedral which has a copy of the last supper.

Wow! Is what instantly came to mind as soon as I stepped inside. I've seen some pretty cool armor collections in different parts of Europe, Des Invalidés in Paris for instance has a stunning collection. But while this is smaller. The detail and display is league's beyond. From function and form to pure art, these displays of armor are both a beautiful and terrifying exhibition of medieval life and war. A must see.

Great and astonishing Armoury Hall, to visit with the Royal Palace and paintings collection. The whole complex requires around 2-3 hours for a quiet visit.

A beautiful gallery, bigger and better than I had expected. All superbly displayed. So much to see - including a brilliant ceramics exhibition tucked away up some unpromising looking stairs.

The Musei Reali is simply amazing! I felt like a king in the middle ages during the visit. And there are plenty of historical weapons and armor to see.
