Wonderful hotel located at the heart of the Slow Food Movement! The Albergo dell'Agenzia staff were really friendly and helpful and catered to our needs. (We were travelling with a small toddler) Special mention to the Housekeeping staff that took note of my wife's birthday and left her a little treat. We hope to be able to visit the hotel again in the future.

Chosen as a place to stay to visit the DOCG regions of Barolo and Barbaresco mainly, the place was a great choice in the end.

The grounds are well looked after, the hotel is too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything worked incredibly well. I even managed to obtain underground parking for all 5 days I stayed there which was helpful in 35C heat.

Very happy to have stayed in the end, the pool was quiet on some days too which was great with the family to relax.

The wine bank location is also a plus if you like wine and want to try something new, a visit to the cellars there is well worth it, alongside testing the 20-30 wines they have.

went here for a work function with a lot of people. the food here was fine dining and was really good. the staff was very nice. the location was good and the actual building itself was great. nice views and great place for taking pictures. would recommend.

Nice , historical yet cosy , embedded in a lovely landscape, friendly and attentive hosts everywhere , groomed- we fehlt ourselves in good hands ! Especially the Michelin-starred restaurant Locanda left us stunned - high-end local cuisine at its best ! Complimenti

Always nice to stay there.

Room and bed are confy (hard matress that I love!).
The people there was really supportive with me struggling with a booking issue.
Restaurant labelled "slow food" is really nice with a great selection of wine from the area. I advise you to finish with the pana cotta, maybe the best I have ever taste.

Enjoy the SPA, enjoy the deck and relax with a glass of wine selected by your bartender.

The only thing that could have been better was the a noise problem I had in my room. I was able to hear all that the people in the room next door were doing. I really mean everything.

This hotel is part of the Castle belonged to the King of Savoy and hence it is an old Heritage Place and I loved staying in this hotel. The view from my room balcony was Great since it faced the old Roman bath and the Snowy Mountains beyond - an Excellent Scenic Postcard Location.

Amazing location with amazing staff. You will feel cuddled and comfortable in this wonderful historical mansion, nested in the hillside of the Langhe. 5 stars!

In the heart of Piedmont's Barolo producing area, the Agenzia is an exquisite hotel, restaurant, and wine bank offering the ultimate in Italian slow food and wine. The small village of Polenzo is peaceful to walk through, but don't miss out on visiting Bra, home to the Enogastronomic University of Italy and be sure to have the concierge arrange a winery tour and tasting at a local cellar. We will no doubt return for another weekend of wine and food as soon as possible!

Beautiful lofts for rooms, insane Barolo at the bar, and orgasmic Panna cotta at the restaurant, and Italy's wine bank in the basement, all housed in a 19th century hunting castle.

Beautiful hotel with lovely gardens and pool areas. The hotel staff was very nice and professional. I look forward to staying with again soon.

Our favourite hotel in all Italy! Service, quality, food etc all top. And it's so elegant!

This is our home for the next three days and looking like a very good choice. Spritz and food plate for lunch followed by a laze around the pool. Roll on dinner and a good night's sleep.
