Day and night atmosphere must be experienced to fully enjoy true Palermo. The nearby walking street allow good rest and relax cafes and restaurants.

The Quattro Canti is a square framed by baroque architecture in the historic center of Palermo. The facades of the four palaces are concavely curved, divided into three parts and decorated with statues and ancient columns. In the base niches there are fountains whose fountains and statues symbolize the four seasons.
In order to get good pictures of all four parts, you should, if possible, visit the site at different times. Because each of the four parts of the facade is illuminated by sunlight at different times.
The square is particularly busy in the afternoon and evening and artists add to the atmosphere with musical performances. Particularly nice when opera singers present arias etc.

Beautiful square at the crossroads of Palermo. Always busy, sometimes live musicians. 🇨🇦

Excellent value including breakfast. Modern in relation to the area.
Right in the historical centre. Opposite the old fountain. Great view over the rooftops right down to the sea under a mile away, from the 5th floor terrace and restaurant/bar
Spacious bedroom and bathroom, if a little spartan.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Varied buffet breakfast served on the 5th floor. Amazing range of snacks and drinks available in the foyer.
My only issue was with the temperature shower, which varied widely.
I'd definitely stay here again and it a 9/10 recommendation.
Top tip if you land at Palermo is to use the shared taxi service. Turn right out of the terminal. Once they have 6 passengers it's a 20 minute ride into town at onky €8 each!

The Four Corners is considered the heart of Palermo Italy. It is a fascinating intersection with four women statues representing the four seasons. There are many interesting things to do in Palermo. I would recommend staying at least four nights to see most of the best of Palermo. Be sure to stay in the heart of the city near Victor Emmanuale Street from the Harbour to the Piazza Independencia.

One can spend in this corner hours and hour and won’t feel bored. A bustling street historical, sunny and alive. I must admit who ever is visiting Sicily they have to fall in love with it.

Very unique place. Each corner has different sculptures and different images. One side goes to the Porta Felice and the other side to the Porta Nueva. It’s a very important part of the city. And also each moment of the day it has a different feeling. Very popular place.

We were lucky enough to be staying a half block away from this gorgeous intersection with more magnificent fountains, sculptures and churches as well as food and shopping within walking distance.

Chaotic driving expirience!!!
Beautiful sight tho and the Tuc tuc tour was worth the price (they stand around waiting for ppl to be taken on a crazy drive thru town. 1hr tour with many stops)
Recommendation for going there with a car: look for a parking facility near by before and stick close to the local driver in Front of you 🤣 it gets a bit messy with all the tiny cars and Bikern and e-scooters and pass byers and wild street parkers. Streets were packed with everything 😅

Unexpectedly impressive. I walked past dragging luggage from the train station to our hotel and thought, wow! 😮

Wonderful central spot in Palermo. This is where the main roads meet and from here you can explore the city just fine. Early in the morning it is very quiet here, allowing you to take beautiful photos. Later in the morning, afternoon and evening, this central spot exudes cosiness and liveliness.

We're a bit unlucky as there were works ongoing on a building. But beautiful, something not to miss while in Palermo.

A definite stop on your visit to Palermo. Lots of history and some cool views in each direction.

The architecture is wonderful and it’s a great area to walk around on foot. I would not advice taking a car here.

The Quattro Canti can be described as the center point of Palermo. Four major roads meet at this crossroad. The walls of each corner are adorned with large, classical statues.
