Restaurant Tubladel

I had the privilege of organizing a dinner for a large group of colleagues and friends at Tubladel restaurant. We were a very large group (100+) including many children. When planning the dinner ahead the staff were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was evident how proud they were of their restaurant and how every aspect of the evening was planned with exact detail.

When we arrived at the restaurant for our dinner, we were greeting by very well organised staff who rolled out the red carpet to ensure we had an exceptional experience from the second we walked through the door. What followed was a magical culinary delight of several course of delicious food, each better than the last with presentation that matched the sumptuous taste. The chef was constantly supervising to ensure that everyone had a night to be remembered. The service remained first class and constant throughout the night to include a special treat of awesome Grappa as we were leaving.

I would highly recommend a visit to Tubladel if you find yourself in Val Gardena Italy.

Luxuriously cozy spot with excellent food. The carbonara ravioli especially hit the spot for me. I was also impressed how the staff are fluent in at least 3 languages: Italian, English and German.

Absolutely amazing exprince, must visit place if you are in Ortisei. The food is just something else…the selection of the wines is large. Service kind and knowlegeable. Definitely coming back to try more dishes. 10/10

This is hands down the best meal we have had in over 7 months. The food was incredibly delicious, amazing flavours and combinations. We enjoyed the ribs and the risotto with apple and speck. The salad was crunchy, sweet and full of colour. The dessert was a coffee gelato packed with a strong coffee flavour. The staff were all very engaging, efficient and spoke English perfectly. Dining room had a lovely alpine feel.
Do not try anywhere else just head straight here and you will not leave disappointed!

Food was as good as the other reviews suggest, delicious. Staff were very accommodating when we said we were sharing a starter, bringing them out expertly presented on our own individual plates. The steak tartare was amazing. I also had ribs but on tasting the other dishes would probably go for something like the chicken next time.

Tubladel was an exceptional dining experience. Ambiance, design and decor were amazing. The food was the equal of the ambiance. It was superb!

Such a fantastic dinner here! Service was friendly and warm, the bread basket with cheese spread was delicious, and food was all terrific!
We got 2 cocktails, the prawn panzanella starter (the best!), an artichoke starter of the day, the salmon sashimi starter, the turbot fish main, fettuccine with clams, krapfen dessert, and “taco” dessert.

Everything was beautifully presented, well cooked, and flavorful. Our least favorite was the fettuccine, but mostly because it was fairly basic and not as flavorful.

The bill came out to 80 euro per person, and we walked away full but not stuffed. Would definitely come. Ack again!

What an amazing dining experience for our honeymoon. Upscale but friendly and easy going. We loved everything we tried- great wine recommendations and some rum for after dessert! Cheers!

We dined here twice during our weeklong stay in Ortisei. Loved every minute of each dining experience at Tubladel! Fantastic and friendly service, quality food, great wine and beer selection.

Lovely restaurant and very cosy set up, the food is worth a visit and great wine list as well as creative food destination if you are staying in Ortisei. Need to book over the ski season.The meat was excellent, lamb cotelettes and freshly made pasta divine. We drunk a nice bottle of Porphyr from Alto Adige.

We were here at Tubladel tonight and we enjoyed a very warm welcome and service, packed with great cuisine. I absolutely think that the service made our night, they were so attentive, nice and so naturally accomodating - that I would like to think that this is how I would have behaved towards my customers if I were to work in hospitality services myself. Venison, beef, pork, veal. This is a very meaty place. But whatever the chef serves up one get’s extraordinary tastes. Well worth pre booking.

The greatest restaurant in Ortisei :) gnocchi with truffles became a lifetime experience -

this is a gourmet local restaurant with a real deal chef and kick ass kitchen. Lots of local plates and everything we ordered was high quality. staff was friendly. we are glad we found it.

One of the best restaurants in St Ulrich. Excellent atmosphere, great food and awesome service. Don't miss the 6 foot grappa.

It always a pleasure come here for dinner. Came here several time this summer. Great place great food great atmosphere. Everytime so good!

I gave 5 stars even if the place is not vegetarian friendly because the place is wonderful and the quality of food above the average. Absolutely recommend especially for meat lovers.
