Cavallino Bianco Family Spa Grand Hotel

Our third year in a row (our kids are 3 and 5), and we’re still blown away by how well-run everything is, from the kids club to the restaurant to the spa—it’s all done so thoughtfully, and with families at the heart of the design. They also keep investing in the upkeep (a new ski rental area this year, for example). We all love it.

It is quite a five star experience. We were there on the cavallino's 21st birthday and got to partake in the festivities. The hotel is very accomodating and set up well for families. The food was good at dinner as well. They were accomodating for allergies and were careful to label the gluten free meals as needed.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff! We visited it 3rd time now, our kids love it and adults have time to relax.

This truly was a great family vacation! The facilities are wonderful, updated and clean. Our room catered to families and was comfortable. We did the full board and the food was delicious and well prepared…..never had a bad meal! Pool was warm and super relaxing; the grotto was amazing. We took advantage of the spa and can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating that experience was. My daughter got the princess makeover and the staff made her day. The gym was pristine and well stocked with equipment. Both my kids enjoyed the Lino club (kids club) and teen center...so much so they wanted to spend all their time there.
On top of all this, I cannot say enough about the staff here. Everyone from the housekeepers, the wait staff, to the front desk were kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond.
Special accolades to Florian on the restaurant team who always checked in with us, wanted to know more about us, and made us feel at home.
1100% will recommend this hotel to all! We will be back!

Hotel is perfect in every aspect revealing a certainty for families. Beautiful, clean, very organized. The rooms have been renovated in modern style and with the use of fragrant wood. The food is great, varied ad tastefully presented. The staff is always present and available. The holiday becomes almost a drug!

Without doubt the best hotel in the world when you have children. Everything is taken care of to give you, as parent, à honeymoon experience and be with the kids as well. The swimming pool (with slides), indoor and outdoor even in the winter as the temp is up to 36 degrees, the adults only relax area, the spa, fitness you name it Kids have access to their own club and the staff takes care of them before and after the ski school. The kids even have a basketball 🏀 area inside. Next is the restaurant which is just top, in a very nice atmosphere you can dinne with or without kids. With 3kids, we are totally relaxed after holidays at Cavalier Bianco

Perfect stay and best hotel for winter holidays with children! Homefull atmosphere, wonderful cuisine, perfect qualification and services. Our kids were happy to meet new friends at ski-school and especially the master at school was so unbelievable! We'll kindly recomend the family resort for stay with kids and we'd like to come back again!

Excellent family vacation: for parents, for kids, for everyone. We stayed in recently renovated room, big enough for family with 4 members. The best thing for us was great animation program for kids and for parents (thanks Romeo for great Segway tour!) together with great Spa section of a hotel and great food with fresh juice for breakfast and 4...

We were, I can't say guests, but part of Cavallino this february and this is a first hotel were I must come again.
IT is a not hotel. They bihave like that you are visiting family!!!
After this, my big wish is to come again and again...

Great! Today I tried something new: A 60 min Zumba class with a terrific instructor. Our kids were mostly enjoying the indoor water slide without end.
