We were around the area for holidays and stopped there to check the available bikes for me. Not only we found a great brand selection, but the staff was amazing. They were very caring and helped me choose the perfect size, bike and price. They gave me the best advices that so far I never had in any bike shop in anywhere else. Super professional and friendly team that I can only recommend.

Riding the BikeTransalp I had a problem with my front brake, I arrived 10 minutes before the closing time 19:00.
The owner saw me come in and I explained him the problem.
He said no worries we solve, 10 minutes later the bike came out of the service area working 100%!!
He didn't ask for any payment he said finish the race!
Again many thanks for this service, finished the race without any problem.

I bought a bicycle from their online shop and their customer support is impeccable. They were kind, answered every question I had, and alleviated any worries I had. The next time I'm looking for a new bicycle, Sanvit are definitely my first choice.

We rented mid morning and returned late afternoon and were charged the half day rate. The mountain bikes were fantastic - Cube, Hydraulic Breaks, 29" Wheels, dual pedals for clip ins or runners - fantastic quality and service.

Il negozio è grandissimo con tantissime bici. All'interno ci sono biciclette storiche, pezzi unici credo, da museo. Molto belle.
Noi abbiamo acquistato due mountain-bike. Buon rapporto qualità -prezzo!! Complimenti alla gestione e allo staff! Sono tutti sorridenti e disponibili ad assistere i clienti. Questo fa la differenza!! Grazie

Ich schreibe eine Rezension im Namen meines Vaters, er war dreimal in ihrem Geschäft bevor er sich für ein Fahrrad entschieden hat. Er wurde bei jedem dieser Besuche von Anna Spitaler betreut. Ihre unglaubliche Geduld und Freundlichkeit, insbesondere bei wiederholten Besuchen, sowie die faire Preisgestaltung haben ihn sehr beeindruckt. Er ist höchst zufrieden mit dem Service!

Mi sono recato al service point per fare la manutenzione alla mia bici. Il personale è molto competente e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente!

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Abwicklung des Kaufs meines Pinareḷlo-Rennrads. Obwohl das Rad eigentlich vergriffen war, klappte die Nachbestellung punktgenau zum Urlaub.

Mega Service! MTB-Defekt im Urlaub: Zwei Speichen und Schaltauge gebrochen und Achter in Felge. Angerufen, direkt Termin bekommen, freundliche Mitarbeiter und alles sofort und super repariert. Besser geht nicht.

Ein Fahrradgeschäft zum Staunen. Total begeistert von dem Service, der Größe und den Menschen, die dort arbeiten. So ein Geschäft wünschten wir uns zu Hause auch. Bei Problemen mit dem Bike fährst du einfach ins Geschäft zum Servicepoint und wirst echt fachmännisch bedient und beraten. Super. Alles einfach für den Kunden und gut durchdacht. Anschließend noch etwas durch Geschäft bummeln und die hübsche Deko und die neuen Räder bestaunen? Kein Problem. Das Abstellen der Räder kann für kurze Zeit auch im Bereich der Kasse erfolgen, so dass unsere Packtaschen am Rad bleiben durften. Wir sind wirklich traurig, dass es bei uns in der Region solch ein Geschäft nicht gibt.

Negozio fornitissimo, personale molto disponibile e professionale, acquistato cose in molti reparti e sono stato sempre seguito passo a passo benché vi fosse una forte affluenza. Direi bravi anzi molto bravi!

Ho acquistato la mia prima ebike che ho ritirato un sabato senza richiesta di alcun acconto o garanzia, ma solo con il loro IBAN per il successivo bonifico; son rimasto meravigliato per l'assoluta fiducia verso il cliente (nel mio caso un perfetto sconosciuto). Anche se son distante, mi son ripromesso di tornarci. Ah, il bonifico poi ......l'ho fatto. Grandi!
