In the the very first moment, after entering through the doors leading to Restauran I felt positive energy, filling my mind with one sentence "You are welcome here". Friendly smiles on employess faces, their proffesional but in the same time very homey attitude, instantly made me feel as a guest, who is not just "another customer", but the person about which they cared. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy. Chatters of other guessts blend together with gentle music in background and sounds coming from the kitchen. It suits the place and make it even more attractive. We've ordered three different pizzas. Each one was delicious, each one special in taste. As a guest from another country I did want to try one of the most iconic meals offered in Italy and I am very happy that I could try it in this place. I honestly recommend this place and I swear that I will return here whenever I visit Bolzano again. We ate here very important dinner, the last one before my reutrn to homeland. I could not imagine better place for comemoreting adventures of past days, for raising toasts and enjoying delicious food with company of great friends. Give this place a chance and you will not regret it.

Very nice and clean establishment. Service was excellent the owner was very friendly and helpful. Pizza was sensational with quality ingredients and light and easy to digest dought. Price was very reasonably Highly recommend this place.

Forse una delle migliori pizzerie di tutta la provincia di Bolzano: pizza tradizionale con cornicione alto, disponibile sia ad impasto classico che integrale e al carbone vegetale. Un must assoluto.
Lodevole e veramente pregevole la scelta di offrire un ampio menù di birre artigianali sia italiane che tedesche.
Ampio locale e buona disponibilità di parcheggio.
Nei fine settimana è meglio assicurarsi un tavolo con una prenotazione.

Pizza buonissima! Cottura perfetta, ingredienti ottimi! Il servizio è veloce, le cameriere simpatiche e super efficienti! Non abbiamo provato i dolci perché dopo la pizza eravamo tutti decisamente sazi! Prezzi qualche euro sopra la media ma ne vale la pena, ci torneremo presto! Allego anche un paio di foto delle pizze, che valgono più di mille parole :-)

Avendo provato diversi tipi di pizza posso sicuramente affermare che sono ottime. Impasto leggero e digeribile. Propongono più tipologie di farine e i prodotti sono di qualità. Complimenti per aver mantenuto nel tempo questo elevato standard. Posto senza dubbi consigliato per chi vuole gustare una pizza "napoletana".

Erstklassige napoletanische Pizza mit knusprigem und zugleich weichem Teig, bis zum letzen Bissen. Teig ist sehr gut verdaulich, nicht so sehr gesalzen und man hat nach dem Verzehr nicht dieses volle Gefühl wie sonst so oft. Das Lokal verrät von außen gar nicht, dass es sich um ein Restaurant handelt, ist innen aber trotz des Alters schön hergerichtet.
Pizza wurde uns auch in Vollkorn oder mit Schwarzkohle angeboten.
Dessert war auch seeehr lecker.

Das einzige Manko: Das Lokal ist an einem Samstag Abend schnell voll und das hört man leider auch. Sehr schlecht schall isoliert. Schade deswegen.

non c'è nulla che cambierei di questo ristorante: personale sempre disponibile, gentile e simpatico.
ho assaggiato anche altri piatti, come la Biancaneve o il tronchetto partenopeo. oltre alla milanese e alla panna cotta. tutto preparato con ingredienti molto freschi.

Pizza eccezionale! Ci sono stato una volta ogni due settimane quest’estate :)

LOCALE: il locale potrebbe essere rivisto in quanto ha uno stile molto classico e non al passo coi tempi. Quando il ristorante è pieno c’è molto rimbombo, tuttavia l’accoglienza è famigliare e piacevole!

CIBO: la pizza è ottima! Buonissimi anche i tronchetti. Vi consiglio di provare i diversi impasti, ottimo quello al carbone.

SERVIZIO: abbastanza veloce e molto gentile

PREZZO: in linea con la zona! Circa 20€ per pizza e bibita.

Das Restaurant ist ein Geheimtipp für alle PizzaliebhaberInnen wie mich. Der Teig war auch als Integral- bzw. Hanfteig erhältlich.
Das war vermutlich eine der besten Pizzen die ich je gegessen habe, wenn nicht die Beste. Sie ist etwas kleiner im Durchmesser, weil der Rand so groß und knusprig gemacht wird - darin kann bei Bedarf auch was eingearbeitet werden. Sie ist vollbeladen mit Gemüse und wirklich schmackhaft.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und geduldig und hat sich sehr entgegenkommend verhalten. Auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.
Wir kommen wieder.
