First time visiting Naples and visiting family.

Would highly recommend 👍 for a stay in Naples.

This hotel was amazing! Incredibly helpful, friendly staff. We booked a sea view room and it did not disappoint! We had a breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea from our balcony.

The room was very clean and modern. Sunset from the rooftop bar was also incredible. The pool area was beautiful, the pool was refreshing and clean. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel.

Tips: If you arrive by train, call the hotel and they will send a taxi for you. We didn’t think of this and we had a long uphill walk. We also took a bus (5 minute walk to the bus stop from hotel) to Pompei for €3,60 per person. It was a large coach bus with air conditioning and we were the only people on the bus going there. It dropped us right at the gates to Pompeii.

40yr old Hotel with fabulous views and fabulous service. The breakfast was tasty. They have a restaurant that serves great food at a good price and a sky bar that is opened till midnight and serves also light food. The room was big and we had a room for four. They allowed us to bring two extra guests to the breakfast at no extra charge. Parking is provided for free and we never had trouble getting a parking spot.

Few things to consider:
- the pool is not very children friendly as there is barely room for an adult to stay and hold a child.
- pool is also fairly small
- they don’t provide irons and iron boards due to “security reasons”

Overall: we would definitely come again

A wonderful hotel with incredible staff who go over and beyond to make sure you are happy. The food was wonderful with the lunch and dinner menus changing daily. The barman on the roof made special cocktails based on my taste (with the basil one being a particular highlight). The pool lifeguard was also a lovely man. Would recommend this as one of the best places I’ve stayed in Italy, outside the chaos of Naples and en route to Pompeii and the amalfi coast. Would recommend hiring a car if possible.

A well located hotel far enough off the motorway so you don't get any sound but great for motorway access. I used it as a base to visit Naples a visit to Vesuvius and Rome.

The hotel facilities are really good with a great rooftop terrace, a nice pool and poolside seating and refreshments.

If you can I recommend booking a garden view room.

Very nice hotel. Well equipped and spacious room with comfortable bed. Super service and staff are very attentive to our needs. But the hotel restaurant has limited menu and not many restaurants around in walking distance, so a car is essential.

Excellent hotel with great friendly staff. Rooms very modern and clean with great views of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Breakfast is included in room price and has a good choice of hot and cold food (including egg and bacon). We also had a meal here which was of a high quality. The staff are really helpful and friendly and speak English - highly recommend from our visit on 13/04 & 21/04.

Hotel is quiet and immaculate. staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The pool area is lovely and the kids that were there seemed to enjoy it. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. would not hesitate to stay again

Perfect location for exploring the area. Nice refurbished hotel and nicely modern room for 3 people and nice bath. The breakfast was fine, with a good selection. The restaurant was cozy and lovely food with good service. Will stay here again. Good value for money.

Very clean and modern hotel. We found it well located to reach Napoli, Vesuvius and Pompeii with reasonably short drive. Free parking available made life easier. Not negative but still to improve would be the breakfast; only few basic options.

A quiet place outside of the noise and smell of the big city.
30 minutes by train to Napoli with a free shuttle to the train station.
3 kms away from Herculaneum
Clean rooms, friendly people, a perfect breakfast.
And above all reasonable prices.

On thing to think of is to buy your Campania Arte card before you go to hotel Marad because this card not only gives you free entrance to 2 musea and reduced prices to the others, it gives you free transportation as well.

Loved this hotel cozy modern rooms great balcony great views of the city and vesuvius excellent coffee for breakfast and pool for swimming the roof top terrace is amazing for cocktail hour drinks over dusk they should really try to serve breakfast up there also loved our stay will happily return

Great place very good breakfast, I recommend to eat at the restaurant in the hotel rather than go to a restaurant outside, as I did and got food poisoning. I will be returning and will be staying at the hotel. Very clean place. Domenick DeRosa
