You will be good with basic shopping here. Staff were ok, so im not sure with what others had problem in that department (its not VIP club with red carpet and champagneglass, its a grocery shop).
Definitely they have problems with deliveries of new things as I bought the last drink from the shelf I like and didn't see new one supplied for 4 days (the horror :)

Poco fornito. Oggi venduto pesce congelato scaduto da due mesi, riportata merce aperta con scontrino aperta e la cassiera non si è neanche scusata dell’accaduto a dir poco riprovevole e pericoloso. Ah, in frigo ho trovato un’altra scatola dello stesso prodotto scaduta sempre da due mesi.
