What an amazing experience. Came in after closing on our first day in Rome and was graciously greeted by the owner, his son, and wonderful staff.

First we were told the chef and kitchen had closed. Then we were taken to the owners next suggestion a step over. They were closed. After a few more moments of consideration we were seated. Grabbed a table and had one of my most memorable meals yet.

Service sublime. Meats and flavor absolutely delicious while personable. Octopus finely sliced and treated with tremendous flavor. From sweet to tangy to a texture which I can’t bring a word for. Our wine suggestion was great too. A $45 CAB which coming from the states could’ve easily cost $60. I’m sad to leave tonight and look forward to raving more about this place.

To good health.

If you are an Instagram person, you shouldn't miss this place. Food was good, the place seems to be set inside a cave (only half of the section). It's a hidden gem.

everything was perfect, from the location, to the quality of the food, and the wines, and the staff! The best parmiggiana, and an excellent white wine. I bought the bottle! AMAZING !!!

Absolutely unbelievable interior - the cave carved from lime stone in the heart of the old town. I ordered a steak tartar as an appetizer and an urchin pasta. It was great, but big enough that I had no room left for any main course or desert. Very nice local wines offered by the glass there.

This restaurant was recommended by our Masseria. We showed up without reservation and the section on the left turned us away saying they are fully booked. My other half really wanted to eat here and does no take no for an answer so we tried the right hand section after we saw people entering the other entrance. What a difference if service! She was extremely accomadating and told us to wait ten minutes as they had a lot of no shows. We sat outside and waited and surely enough, we were sat ten minutes later.

The food was probably some of the best we’ve eaten in puglia. The spaghetti with clam was second to none (I love spaghetti vongole and have eaten many versions all across Italy) the lamb chops were juicy and tender and beautifully cooked. We finished with a tiramisu which was one of the best we’ve eaten.

Definately worth the type and please learn from our mistake and book a table ahead of time

Very nice setting with the cave backdrop, the service is prompt, efficient and attentive. Every course was sublime and delicious, a bit more expensive than expected but the entire meal was enjoyable. Bookings definitely recommend.

No words to describe the amazing experience. Highly recommended, Don't miss the primo piatto, truffle and local cheese risotto style but with a base of local grains.

Should you visit Ostuni, a visit to Tempo Perso is a necessity. Each dish is an artistic work of construction, and the waiters actually understand the wine they’re serving. One of the very few 10/10 meals I’ve had in the last decade

We were recommended this restaurant by our tour guide at Borgo Egnazia. This food was incredible! The orecchiette tomato pasta and pork rib was our favorite.

The interior decor and cave-like structure was beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic time! Came here with my partner and a friend without a booking. They had asked for a few minutes and they were able to squeeze us in with little notice. The food was great, typical from the south and the staff were very friendly and helfpul. Great experience

WOW!!!!! Dare I say this was the best pasta dish I’ve ever had in my entire life; the orecchiette with the yellow tomato sauce. I can’t stop telling people about it. My friend and I were literally fighting over it. Also insane burrata with the crispy vermicelli noodles and the ribs with the honey sauce. One of my most favorite meals in memory. Love the cave setting, super cool.

The service and personality of the staff makes this place what it is! We visited twice during our trip to Rome and booked via email. We were welcomed very well and the food was amazing too.

This restaurant was out of this world, such a lovely stone wall setting, great menu with gorgeous food . We had lunch there with No complaints from our group of food critics with high standards. Don’t skip it!

Lovely place with great service and food. We ordered the big orecchiette with yellow tomatoes, burrata and bacon, and a ravioli stuffed with burrata. Both pastas were very tasty and perfectly cooked. We got a focaccia as complementary dish. Basket of bread came with two types of bread and some taralli (Sorry for the bad pictures. The plates looked much better before…)

Food is great, service was very fast and the overall environment of the restaurant is good! However, the pricing is more on the upside - you can find good enough places paying less. So feels a bit like was made for tourists, but still is worth a visit, make sure you have a reservation!

Amazing ambience and delicious food. Highly recommended- it’s a bit overpriced but the food and atmosphere is really good so you don’t care in the end. Plus: the MOST delicious tiramisu I ever had!!

We had a lovely lunch with zucchini flowers with racottocheese, calamari, ravioli filled with burratamozarella and tartare of tonno. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere very relaxing and the food was excellent.

The whole Puglia region is filled with restaurants that make spectacular meatballs but the ones from here are the best I had!
