B&B Hotel Bozen

Originally, we weren’t planning to stay at this hotel while traveling from Belgium to Folgarida, opting to stay the night in Innsbruck instead. However, after we’d been stood up by the communication skills of the hotel we originally booked at, hotel B&B Bolzano threw us a magnificent lifeline.

When we had to switch gears at 23h30, after having been on the road since before 8h with two children on the backseat, we were kind of desperate and already made peace with staying the night in our car.

Being able to check-in without a prior booking turned out to be our entrance to paradise. I honestly rarely felt more thankful to set foot in a hotel lobby and open a room door. At this point (around 2 in the night), I would’ve settled for a wooden plank and a pillow, but the beds were super cosy and we had a lovely night’s rest.

Breakfast is also highly recommended as it offers a nice selection of pastries, fruits, cheeses, and great Italian coffee. Check-out isn’t until 12h either, so we didn’t have to rush, and were able to comfortably continue our journey towards our destination.

What could’ve been a horrible start to our vacation was turned around completely and it’s all down to the excellent booking system, service, and amenities of B&B Hotel Bolzano.

If you’re passing through the area and you need a place of comfort to rejuvenate yourself, I wouldn’t hesitate another second. If we ever find ourselves on the road towards the Italian ski resorts again, I know I won’t be looking for another option.

A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and most of all an incredible staff, we felt very welcome from the beginning!
It was a little far from the center (about a 1h walk), but there was a bus nearby to go around quicker which helped us a lot.

Very good option when by car. The hotel is very new, modern, and with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Excellent beds. Free hotel parking directly in front. We use the B&B Hotel chain quite a lot as transit hotels when traveling by car longer distances. This Bolzano hotel is one of their best in terms of room quality. Very near the highway between Italy and Austria via the Brenner Pass, in an office and industrial park. About 10 minute drive from the historic city centre. The entrance to the hotel and parking a bit hard to find. You have to immediately turn left after leaving the roundabout, entering a gate to the car park.

The staff were awesome and went above and beyond in helping us out when we had a travel emergency. Rooms are clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is out of the main centre, but right next to a bus stop so it is quick and easy to get into the city centre. Highly recommend 😊

We forgot some cash in the safe when we checked out. The hotel staff was so kind to getting it back. Great Service!!

The staff here is absolutely fantastic, especially Michele. We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed a very clean room and delicious breakfasts. We were booked to stay with this company at their Passo Tre Croci location later in our trip, and I was looking forward to enjoying the same experience, but that location had apparently just been affected by a landslide and had to close temporarily! Michele lost no time in rebooking us in a lovely replacement hotel for that portion of our trip. I was very impressed and am very thankful that we got to meet such kind people along our journey! This hotel was within walking distance of the Bolzano Sud train station and our rental car location, so was perfect for what we needed.

We started our trip to Italy in Bolzano and were very pleased with this hotel and especially the help we received from Michele at the front desk. You got our trip of to a great start. Thank You.

Despite the check in being 2 PM, Gaia helped me a lot with being so generous and kind and letting me check in at 7 AM which was a huge help and I am very much impressed at the hospitality of the hotel and Gaia is such a professional yet mindful person. I am so glad I chose B&B for my stay and I am looking forward to spend a quality time here. She even offered discounted breakfast prices which I think was a steal deal.

We loved our stay at B & B Hotel Bolzano. The staff, particularly Gaia, were so accomodating and helped us organise leaving our car (for a fee) while we went hiking for a few days. We also opted into the hotel breakfast which was diverse and delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. The downstairs has many products, including toiletries, technology, and food options, including meals and a microwave. Would recommend this place for your stay in Bolzano!

Really convenient, spacious and fully equipped rooms. The reception (all employees we talked to) were very pleasant, helpful and fluent in English. Totally recommended if you want to spend a night or two. We were just passing by on our way to Dolomites and it was a nice surprise!

Excellent value. Will always look for B&B. An hotel that promises, charges for and delivers basic.
Clean, updated and offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Excellent A/C, Comfortable memory beds, plenty of outlets, black-out curtains. Plenty, strong stream of hot water. Excellent soundproofing from the outside but you do hear guests banging their doors day and night. Yet, even a light sleeper will get a good night sleep.
Free parking . We walked (mostly) along the river, in a well made pedestrian way, for about 40 minutes to town-center.
Breakfast, additional €7.20 , was basic but fresh and good.
The whole hotel team were very nice and helpful.

Spacious room and nice hotel. When we arrive nor the toilet or TV were working. Big big thanks to the lady present at the reception in the evening of May 18 for handling all these problems and being here only for 2 weeks, she rocks !

We were travelling from Milan to Munich and decided to spend the night in Bolzano. Since our flight arrived late, we were able to get to the hotel only at 2 am. So we checked in using the kiosk, which was really easy. The room was very nice, the bedding was comfortable, so we slept perfectly. In the morning we had a nice breakfast and a good chat with Gaia at reception and continued our road.

Had a nice time. Room was big, TV was big and smart. The bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. Bathroom was nice and big as well with everything you needed inside. Only complaint is that it could have been a little bit cleaner.

The hotel is quite nice. It had ICE available! And a lovely assortment of drinks, snacks and traveler's needs. I had to buy a new charger cord. The staff was really helpful. The bed was firm but not too hard. Plenty of hot water. The Bolzano bus system is great, but the 10B bus comes back on the other side of the block. One has to be sure to look over the tops of the buildings to see the hotel sign. Get off and walk around the block. Also, the hotel has one each coin operated washing machine and dryer. That was great, but be sure to set the temperature on 20 degrees. Even with that, the washing takes 1 1/2 hours (When the temp was higher, the washing took 3 hours), and the dryer takes an hour. One just has to know that at the beginning. I was really happy I could get the laundry done, but was happy I had the time to do it. Some people wouldn't have that time.

The view was great and the location as well. It was about 15 minute bus ride to the city center and the bus stop was just right down the road. The parking was free and spacious. It's also a pet-friendly hotel.

The kindest hotel staff I've had the pleasure of meeting. They are always smiling and ready to help and even allowed us to use the dining room outside of breakfast hours. Nice rooms and location. 10/10.

Despite this being the cheapest available place to stay, it was very comfortable. The rooms are large, clean and modern, the breakfast was splendid and staff was professional. It's quite far from the city center, so walking there was a bit impractical and we were a confused by local buses. Fortunately, the receptionist gave us some tips and change for buying a ticket.
