Let’s stand for one ☝🏽 minute. Respect 🫡 and appreciation. After long long trip from Milan. This is the right place to have nice 😊 pretty 😍 vacation. From where to begin. But before writing ✍ any good 👍 things let’s talk about the only bad thing here. Breakfast 🥞 servants weren’t so professional and they need to have training courses who to treat with customers or to change them. That the only bad thing. Now imagine a place that smells lavender 🧘 so relaxing 😎. All rooms with heavenly view. Decor woooooooow. Free car 🚙 parking 🅿. Nice 👍 food 🥘. Free afternoon tea 🫖 and coffee ☕ break. spectacular garden 🪴. Not so far to center. I will visit you again very soon. Finally thanks 🙏 to the receptionist that received us first night. So polite.

This place is an absolutely dream. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to spend five days hiking the surroundings and enjoying the mountain life. This is by far one of the most well-kept, thoughtfully curated hotels we’ve stayed in. The first thing I noticed is how clean the room and property was. It is family owned and they are very friendly and helpful. The servers in the dining room are as sweet and welcoming as can be.

Most importantly, the half board is SO worth it. Do yourself a favor and get it. Breakfast and dinner are superb. Wide variety of options for breakfast.. anything you would want, plenty of vegetarian milks. Dinners were exquisite. All options were amazing and daily salad bar, daily vegetarian option and they always offer alternatives beyond menu to make you happy and content with your meal. Drinks were perfect. I got a massage and was happy with the service. The outdoor area was the place to be after a long day hiking, reading by the pool or having an aperitivo in on the terrace. I don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel. We will definitely be returning and bringing our family and friends. Do yourself a favor and splurge for the experience. Well worth it for this gem.

Beautiful and historic. On the quieter side with hardly any children (but there were some screaming infants and toddlers, but hardly any kids running around). The garden is beautiful and large enough that you feel that you still have privacy and your own space. The pool indoors is like a spa layout below ground and the outdoor pool is a small rectangle. There is a tiny gym and spa where you can reserve massages and treatments. The hallways are small and quiet, beautifully carpeted and this has been family run for over a century. The bar, the restaurant, the food at breakfast is all top quality and the servers are personable and they will adjust to gluten free needs. We reserved a room for a formal family dinner and it was nice and private. The only feedback is that this building has no A/C… not even fans, so it can get a bit miserable if you tend to get hot in the afternoons.

We stayed at this lovely historic hotel in June for a few days and loved it. The food was excellent as was the service . Location was incredibly handy to experience the beautiful Dolomites and the staff were very helpful ensuring we experienced all the beauty of the area. We would highly recommend .

Amazing hotel, caring staff and well kept premises. Hotel Luna has all you need in terms of the services they provide. The images posted cannot do justice to cleanliness, design and coziness of the rooms and hotel premises. We were taken good care by the staff and enjoyed our stay here. A suggestion would be to add air conditioning to the rooms as it was hotter in summery days.

I cried when I got to our room, it was that gorgeous. Photos online don't do the views justice whatsoever. What a beautiful place Ortisei and the Dolomite mountains are. This hotel in particular is relatively small, which gives it a cozy and personal feeling. Indeed, as I understand it, this is a family-run hotel. The staff treated us like family, too. We speak only very little Italian and German (mostly English), and when we ran into trouble with reservations outside the hotel, the staff literally drove us personally to our destination so we wouldn't be late!
The hotel itself is gorgeous. I think it has been updated since some of the pictures online. The bathroom in our room was very modern. The bedding was very comfortable, and our three (!) balconies in the Sella Suite gave us that beautiful view I mentioned before. The food provided in the half board was excellent. Huge breakfast, and four course meals for dinner. The pool and spa area was nice, too. Oh, and the bar and afternoon snacks were superb. Fresh baked pastries and very fresh fruit were served. Did I mention their local wine selection and how it only cost about 4 euros for a glass of said wine? You are a short walk from town (about 5 minutes from the town square), but the walk is beautiful, too, and the hotel provides you bus tickets in case you want that instead. All in all I will be returning to Luna Mondschein soon!

Esperienza bellissima. Ho soggiornato nella settimana di Natale e devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. L’attenzione per i clienti è davvero eccellente. Es. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con lo Skipass e uno dei proprietari dell’hotel ci ha raggiunto direttamente sugli impianti per aiutarci. Per quanto riguarda le camere, sono molto curate e spaziose. Inoltre, il servizio di pulizia è minuzioso e molto ordinato. Lo staff è gentilissimo e ti fa sentire a tuo agio, come se fossi a casa. Il centro benessere non è grandissimo, ma molto curato e sempre funzionante. Ho provato anche il centro benessere e la ragazza è stata molto professionale e gentile. Il servizio navetta è super veloce, inoltre il conducente è molto simpatico, disponibile ed efficiente. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione è molto curata e il servizio al tavolo è estremamente professionale (cosa da notare, è il servizio simultaneo dei piatti, in modo tale da poter mangiare tutti allo stesso momento). Infine, il clima che si respira è veramente familiare e rilassante. I tre fratelli che gestiscono l’hotel, sono davvero strepitosi. Complimenti ! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per la ricerca di relax e intimità.

Posizione comodossima. Spa bellissima, colazione ottima, camere belle, pulite e sulenziose.. e il personale perfetto.. dalla reception, al barman, ai ragazzi in sala colazioni e nn ultimo il driver della navetta per gli impianti. In posto dove non si può non tornare.

Hotel Luna Mondschein è un bell'albergo a conduzione famigliare, accogliente, pulitissimo ed attento ad ogni dettaglio.
Abbiamo alloggiato sette notti in una bellissima camera che si affaccia sul giardino della struttura con una vista straordinaria sul Seceda. Dotata di ogni confort e pulitissima, gentilissima la cameriera ai piani.
La colazione era abbondante e variegata.
Il ristorante ci ha sbalordito sia per la professionalità e gentilezza dei camerieri e sia per l'ottima cucina, prodotti freschi con menù attento sia ai vegetariani , ciliaci ...e differente tutti i giorni.
Pasta fatta in casa , tutto buonissimo e piatti ben presentati. Ottimi i dolci.
La piscina esterna è riscaldata ed è immersa nel verde del giardino molto curato.
La spa è confortevole e pulitissima.
