Fjallsárlón Frost Restaurant

Coffee was good and the view is absolutely stunning. If you take a small walk (5-10min) you get to see the glacier lake up close. Other reviews said that the food wasn't that good but we didn't try it

Must try the soups. I had both of them, tomato, and fish soup. Both were 10/10

The food options on the way to the glacier are very limited.
We arrived here just in time to catch the last 10 minutes of what is in fact not a restaurant but a cafe or bistro.
Self service from hot plates.
The Polish lady serving was very helpful.
The view is amazing.
The food is OK if you're hungry and appreciate the fact it's a no frills place.
There were no buses when we arrived and although the car park was packed it was for the organised trips and people just taking pictures.
The cafe was quiet.

Excellent cafe, just as well as there is nothing for miles. Well worth the stop, a short walk to look at the water and the glacier.

The buffet is great, you get one plate to fill with rice, fish and chicken. It was tasty and filling at a nice price.

Wonderful food for a pair of weary travelers. Loved the fish and ribs. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Bonus: the amazing view of the glacier.

Good food, great place, joyful staff, fast service! Everything you can possibly want after enjoying a boat tour in the Fjallsárlón Iceberg Lagoon. Soups, Hot dishes, Sandwiches, snacks, coffee and hot chocolate, smoothies.... Icelandic prices, totally worth the try!

Good place for this area, cuz it’s nothing around. Just 3 hot dishes: baked potato, fish and meat lasagna. Vegetable bar and 6 souses to choose from. All was very tasty, exceeded expectations.
The only thing that cashier asks each coming “how can I help u” that’s a little bit weird.

Stopped in to use the restroom at Fjallsarlon. They have quick snacks and drinks for purchase but also more hot food as well. Nice little place to rest up and warm up if needed before heading down or out of the lagoon.

it was really nice to have warm soup after a walk of an hour in the rain, they also have tasty sandwiches and some hot dishes. The prices are a bit high.

Good refuge for restrooms, coffee, and pastries. They also sell pre-made sandwiches and soups. Buffet style.
