I was here in 2019 and it was a great experience. The building is a tradicional house restored, the staff is suuuuper friendly and helpful (thanks for all, Nima), the inner patio is a lovely place that makes easy to meet other travellers and share time with them. Rooms and toilets are clean. Definitely one of the best quality/price ratio you can get worldwide. If I'll be back to Shiraz, Taha Hostel would be my place.

One of the best hostels during my stay in Iran. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They listen to their guest and try to make your stay at shiraz as pleasant as possible!

Breakfast is amazing and they offer free tea all day long. Rooms are nice, beds are clean and comfortable. The showers are really good. I could recommend this place to everyone!

Stayed for three nights. They have four buildings overall, I visited two of them and both were really nice. The rooms are solid and clean and are really good value for money, probably the best I had in Iran. What amazed me the most is the hospitality of the staff. They are really kind and communicative and helpful - outstanding even for Iranian "kindness standards". I definitely recommend!

Excellent hostel. Their whole shtick is about your happiness being the most important thing, and it feels that way. Lots of little details that help, not least free tea or a free meal seeming to appear in front of you every time you sit down (breakfast included, and I was offered two small lunches just because I happened to be around). Nice courtyards in the two buildings I saw. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced.

I'm so glad I stayed in Taha hostel during my trip to Shiraz !! The place is really nice, clean and cosy. Plus the location is perfect, very close to the heart of the city by foot. All this for a more than reasonnable price (the breakfast is included and copious)
But the best part of this hostel is the owners, who are the best <3 I felt like home spending time with them and the others guests. They always did their best to provide me any type of help (always last minute requests !) in a very easy going way. I miss this place already <3

By far, the best hotel of our trip! We felt like at home with the amazing staff. Was great to share conversations in the great patio with other travellers and with the friendly staff. Be ready to eat a lot, because they dont stop feeding you with all kind of fruits and tee for free. Rooms are new and clean.

The best traditional hotel I have traveled yet! Staff, room, services and the house were perfect. At first our room was too small and smelled badly but after I told them, they changed our room . Breakfast was good and coffee shop has good services all the time.Lunch and dinner were great.

Wonderful place. Best I have stayed in all my trip through Iran. The owner and staff are very kind and welcome you as part of the family. You will actually miss them when you leave. The place looks amazing and the rooms are very comfy. They can also get you anywhere you want for cheap. Thank you guys for your hospitality and hope to see you again!

We really enjoyed staying here and Hamid and all the staff were so, so friendly, welcoming, obliging... really outstanding! The breakfasts are amazing and tea is always on offer, plus snacks. We stayed in a dorm and the beds were really comfy. I've already sent 3 'friends' there and always jealous that I don't have the time to go back before I leave Iran but... one shouldn't be greedy! You must stay here when in Shiraz. P.S and do try 'faloodeh.' Nowhere else makes this better than in Shiraz!!!

I haven't even left yet and I already love this place. Such a sweet and sincere staff who's always down for a talk and bringing you free tea. We arrived 3 guys 4 am and the hostel was fully booked but they told us we could sleep in the 'tea house' (don't know the name of these small huts they have in the yards) and they got us blankets and a small heater. And all of it was for free! Even the breakfast when we woke up! I mean! Come on... How amazing is that! 😍😱 This is exactly the Iranian spirit we have been experiencing throughout the country! I fu***** love this country!

Great Hostel with such a friendly staff. They will do everything to help you to make your stay like you wish. We stayed for two knights and enjoyed it really.

Thanks for the great stay.

Also we had the chance to park our motorbikes safe inside the guesthouse.

Best hostel during our trip to Iran. Feels like home, amazingly friendly staff: young guys, who speaks English fluently and helps with bus tickets, excursions and everything, and kind old man who fed us with sweet oranges every evening. Nice beautiful clean room, cool guests from all over the world, cozy evenings with tea in the courtyard - I remember all this with warmth and I want to be there)

We stayed in Shiraz just after the uprisings in november. We arrived in the middle of the night without reservation (Internet cutoff) but it was no problem. The staff was so helpful, we didn't need internet because they knew everything. They are great! The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. I recommend!

Best hostel in Iran.
I stayed 4 nights here. The building where I stayed was really quiet. Good localisation, close to the center. About the breakfast it was the best breakfast (the, coffee, fruit, cream cheese ect ect...) the room and bathroom were very clean. Thank you to all the staff to be so friendly and helpful, if you need anything just ask to them and they will organise for you. They are really honest. We really appreciated to tour for the pink lake don't miss it. I totally recommand this hostel if you are going to shiraz. And Thank you ahmid for your kindness!

It can be really hot in Shiraz as it is beautiful in May! After walking in the city for hours, I'd come back to Taha and there was my own room with air conditioner which could freeze me. They had a whole fridge for cold drinks of all types which was great. I must have drank a dozen or two of their sodas and soft drinks. And i really appreciated the free lunch they gave us. Very generous of them.
Aside from the rooms, the yard is just perfect for chilling and surfing the internet thanks to their fast Wi-Fi. I didn't even have buy me a Sim card. I didn't have to leave the hotel for exchanging money or even buying tickets. Nima, the guy in the reception got me everything i needed.
It's also nice to have coffee or tea anytime you want... Like at 8 Pm lol i actually did that. The place is well situated as I'd say. Only a 20 min walk to the Pink Mosque which was my fav.
My trip to Shiraz was great in every way except for the damn heat which became much better with cracking a couple of drinks with thr boys haha.
I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Home away from home... This is it.

Accommodation outside the traditional The interior is clean, modern, but still maintains its traditional place. I love their room, relaxing patio, very peaceful and shady.

Miss Elham and another staff are friendly, they provided full support despite not stay here (cause from the booking was not yet payment). She also make a hostel reservations in Yazd, City bus ticket, Persepolis tour and cooking lunch for us.

Nice clean hostel with all the extra commodities you could want. What really makes the hostel experience go from great to awesome, are the extreme friendliness and hospitality of the staff and especially of Hamid, the owner. Can definitely recommend

Spacious dorm, only single beds (no bunks), nice patio to chill and have tea. Staff is amazing friendly and will make sure you always have a cup of tea and fruits. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast included, 15 dollars a night in the dorm or 40 dollars private room. Hostel was so nice I decided to stay 4 nights instead of 2 I originally planned. Definitely recommended.
