Zandiyeh Hotel

Zandiyeh Hotel is at the top of its game amongst its class of accommodation. The reception is exemplary, and they all went above and beyond to settle us in (we flew into Shiraz and were completely green arriving there!) and acquaint with Persian ways. The rooms have all one would need and the beds and bathroom are both extremely comfortable. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite on the top floor and loved the experience; lots of space and a wonderful view. Services offered and provided are also excellent and we used the laundry service, health club and pool and travel service. The warm and friendly greeting complete with thirst-quencher is a lovely touch as are the Iranian chocolates at reception. Highly recommended. Zandiyeh was easily equal top spot for accomodation (it was categorised as five-stars; the other equal top spots were for boutique hotel and guesthouse) in Iran. Other five-star establishments should take note as Zandiyeh Hotel delivers the service (and more) Westerners expect.

It is close to most of the historical and scenic places of Shiraz and since these places are located in the central and very crowded area of ​​Shiraz, the crowd around the hotel was a bit annoying and before entering the hotel I did not feel good about choosing this hotel, but after Upon entering, my opinion changed completely and I was satisfied with everything

Boasting beautiful architecture, this Hotel is a prime spot if you’re travelling through this part of Iran. Situated at a higher altitude, this hotel gave us a view of the entire city. It also had luxurious and spacious rooms, a mouth-watering buffet, ample parking and a beautiful indoor pool.

I was here 1 month ago. This could be my fav hotel in Iran! The location is exactly in downtown and walking distance from most sites in town. It’s cozy and sweet. Inside room you could have a trilingual Quran(Persian- English- Arabic) and a beautiful Poems book of Hafez. Friendly and professional service, breakfast buffet is also well set. On the entrance there’s a small Bazaar area, they have some chic decorations and jewelry as well.

A small but luxurious hotel in the middle of the city center of Shiraz city.

It is a very clean and professionally run hotel with excellent and polite staff.

There are larger and newer hotels in Shiraz but the location of Zandiya hotel cannot be matched. Most historic attractions are walking distance from the hotel.

Extensive breakfast, excellent location and a mix of both traditional and modern type of hotel.
The hammam services are so affordable and well worth it. You have easy access to the city Centre and bazaars.

Because it's not a huge hotel, they can take a good care of guests. It feels very cozy and friendly.

Very good hotel. Very comfortable bed and room. Good breakfast with some local and some international elements. The omlette station was great. The pool and sauna area was super relaxing, and the staff there as well as in the the rest of the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is quite close to the touristic city centre. I would definitely come here again!

Great Hotel. In my opinion one of the best in Iran. Very helpful staff with outstanding English knowledge. Very clean and modern rooms. Tasty breakfast with variety of different types of food. Very nice Traditional Restaurant with delicious Dizi and Lamb Muscle.

A great and wonderful hotel, friendly service who is doing everything to help the gueguests and to get guests. The restaurants are of very high quality and excellent service. Unfortunately I had only one night there but it was one of the best hotels I had in Iran. When I will come back to Shiraz I will try to get that hotel. Also their organization of touristic tours is very good.

Fantastic hotel in Shiraz downtown and close to Karimkhan citadel and Vakil bazaar.
There is an Iranian traditional bath that would make an awesome experience for everyone. Also
I like its good breakfast.
Room that I stay had nice view.
Its staff are really helpful and friendly.
Rooms are big and equipped!

All facilities are excellent. Only problem is that there is no facility for kids. This is common problem in many hotels. Breakfast covers local and international needs. Traditional restaurant serves local dishes. Price is reasonable. Location is also good : walking distance to many tourist attractions.

The building design was perfect traditionally decorated, highly respectable crew, hygiene due to covid19 was maintained. I'd rather this hotel to the other distant hotels, because it's very close to the historical site of Shiraz, in fact it's just blocks away from castle of Karin Khan, bazar of Vakil, Zandye, and the old structure of Shiraz.

One of the best hotels in the country no doubt , clean and helpful staff. It also looks pretty amazing with an amazing outdoor sitting.

Beautiful 5 star hotel located short distance from the city's historical center. Marble everywhere, spacious room, very clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet is huge and there is 2 restaurants in the hotel. Gym, swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi and Iranian baths on sight. Front desk staff is very professional, welcoming, attentive and efficient (Amin "my haji", Mohamed Bayat, Melika and others (sorry forgot the names :$). Bellboys always greet you with a smile. Could live here for a year, it feels like home. Only bad experience was one of the restaurant staff who gave me attitude because I made a remark to him as I didn't get the correct change on my bill. (Sorry to be good in maths). Otherwise everything was perfect, will come again!! Merci

Can't recommend it more, probably the best hotel I've stayed in in Iran over 3 trips.
