All in all, excellent fitness club around Maaliabad/Farhangshahr areas in Shiraz. Please note that this review is made relatively to my experience of similar services in Shiraz (not Europe etc.).

- Working hours are among the best here (0630-1130; open on Friday) as the women section is in another building, which avoids the splitting of AM/PM between women/men session.

- Good range of cardio machines for a fitness club in shiraz (as far as I have witnessed, cardio training is quite overlooked here) : treadmills, bikes, elliptical. Not the very latest but satisfying Matrix machines. On a downside, the rower is not that great and could be improved.

- Great choice of weight lifting machines. Please note however that the gym is not designed for crossfitters (which is understandable).

- Sauna and hammam available (no extra fee). Clean enough.

- electronic lockers provided (no extra fees). Towels are not included.

- space is a little bit cramped when it gets busy, but it remains manageable. Peak hours seem to be around 3-7 pm. So far as I have seen in shiraz, space is packed in fitness clubs and you should not expect a stretching/yoga/jumping rope etc. room, alas.

- food bar - extra costs (haven't tried).

- staff is cool and pro. The manager (Armin Shahbazi) is a seasoned bodybuilder.

- monthly fee at the time of review : kIRT 170 kIRT for all-day access (≈EUR 40). Reasonable compared to the price level here.

باشگاه خوبیه
اول این که جلوی باشگاه فضا سازیبسیار زیبایی داره بعد این که دو طرف باشگاهمارکت زنجیره ای بزرگ شیرینی فروشی بانک و ای تی ام هست
بعد مزیت اسن باشگاه این هست که زیر زمین نیست یک طبقه به علاوه یک نیم طبق هست که توی اون نیم‌طبق
کافی شاپ و سونا و دوش و سرویس بهداشتی قرار داره.
در کل شلوغه اما خوبه خیلی شلوغ نیست.
تعداد دستگاه ها زیاده و از دستگاه های خوب استفادهشده
در کل محیط خیلی جالبی داره من راضیم

باشگاه خوبیه. به نسبت پولی که میدی امکانات داره و فضای خوبیه.
