Della Steakhouse Restaurant

A steakhouse that you must try if you're in Shiraz . Been to plenty of steakhouses in Iran however none of them have been able to bring out the flavor in a steak like Della steakhouse.
Food:
The prices are a bit on the higher side but definitely worth it for the quantity. The steaks are huge.
The flavor of the steak was immaculate the only small issue was the temperature. I ordered a medium "bone-in" ribeye but near the bone is was completely raw and not cooked at all.
The mashed potatoes were great a bit on the harder side though. Blue cheese steak was tasty with the perfect blend of spices. Loved the french fries with cheese sauce.
The bone marrow could use some more seasoning and salt.
Atmosphere:
It's a small steakhouse but I'd suggest reserving a table on the covered deck upstairs.
Staff and Service:
Excellent staff. Very polite and accommodating. Definitely leave a tip for them if you go.

Suggestions I have for the manager/owner:

Steak:
Serve steak in a hot cast iron plate with a wooden base. This will keep the steak hot and also if parts are undercooked the customer can cook it on their plate.
Mashed potatoes:
Add more butter and milk to smoothen it out. Mashed potatoes should be creamy not hard.
Utensils:
You definitely need to upgrade your steak knives. You need bigger and sharper steak knives for that size steak.

Overall phenomenal experience and will visit anytime I come back to Shiraz.

When you want to eat steak in Shiraz, you must go to Della Steak House. The steaks are delicious. The mushroom soup of this restaurant is my favorite. They also have delicious dips as an appetizer.I recommend ribeye steak to you!🥩🥩🥩

Best steak house in Iran. You can choose a side dish with every steak. Steaks are vey tasty. Salad is good also. I think this restaurant is a “must eat in Shiraz” though I do not experience such a steak house in Tehran. Please not that one dish is enough for two person. enjoy it

I had a beautiful mix grilled, with lots of veggies. The mushroom soup and sauce were incredible. I was not expecting this food in Shiraz but hey. The meat is very tender and compare Australian meats. Highly recommend it.

Amazing steak. If you want a good steak in the city, this is the place to go.

It is one of the most fantastic places in Shiraz. I suggest that all of the tourists must visit it at least one time.

it's the best steak house in Shiraz. you will find a good variety of delicious lamb or beef steaks there. just notice you probably need to book a table, specially on weekend nights. I could get a table for 2 several times without reservation but usually reservation is necessary. staffs are good and polite, and the atmosphere is excellent. I like the green balcony very much.

The best steak in Shiraz, really good chef a d nice side dishes , oh BTW the salads are amazing and big for one person.
There is 2 floors , you can smoke on the second floor

One of the best restaurants in Shiraz , steaks cooked Nice with fresh meat and served in an artistic dish , staff's behavior is good and the place is great. Various meals you can choose from for example salads , meals and drinks and coffee and enjoy spending time with your loved ones.

Always call and reserve, it's the best steakhouse in Shiraz, if you are a food enthusiastic try it ! The best dish (also the most expensive) is the rack of lambs. Tho all the steaks are highly recommended.

We came here almost 10 times. I won't lie but every single time we came here the food was fantastic, like you can't even argue. In overall it's food amazing 👏.

It has a nice environment. If you want to make sure that you're gonna get what you like you have to reserve your table and food. Filet mignon is my favorite. The restuarant can be packed at some hours So dont forget to reserve.

the best stake I had in Iran , the price is ok but it's really delecious , I literally went here 2 times , before I leave I wanna go one more time . and very polite staff.

One of my favorite place to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner. You will like it as you cannot cook these nice steaks or beaf stroganoff at home. So just enjoy there.
