The hotel is located in the old structure of Shiraz, 10 minutes away from Vakil Bazaar and other nearby museums. The rooms and bedding are clean. The quality of the breakfast is good. The staff are polite. The restaurant staff are wonderful. We only had a problem with the room being warm because of the heating system and April due to weather fluctuations

Beautiful and very modern hotel in the heart of Shiraz. Everything is very spacious and well appointed, even the smallest rooms, which put hotel rooms in western nations to shame. The beds are very firm and comfy, and the bathroom is luxurious and clearly inspired by those in the west. Didn't see any squat toilets, but hand held bidets are provided. They also provide the fluffiest towels in the world. Very difficult not to steal them, along with the most rare of all hotel facilities; a bathmat which actually works.
Being designed for business travellers, the hotel is not short of function and board rooms. This also means the free wifi is very fast.
Food wise, the hotel boasts two opulent dining rooms, one for breakfast, and one for dinner, the latter being attached to the gardens, so outdoor seating is available. Said garden also features a traditional tent, for those who wish to take their dinner, or their after dinner tea and shisha in a more authentic style. Both dining rooms offer a buffet, with breakfast being included with some rooms. The breakfast buffet was largely western, with a small selection of Persian breakfast staples, but dinner was a greater spread of the local cuisine, and some amazing desserts.
The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and most spoke English very well. They were able to arrange taxis, tours, money exchange, and recommend local sights and restaurants whenever needed, often going out of their way to provide written instructions in English and Parsi, just in case one gets lost.
The only downside with the hotel is that it's only two storeys tall, and thus the view isn't much to write home about.

Overall a fantastic hotel, remarkable for the price, and a great choice when staying in Shiraz.

Excellent and modern hotel. The room I got is really huge and modern. I booked thru travel agent and for the price I paid is really good deal. This is the best value hotel I stay in Iran. The breakfast offer lots of variety. Staff is friendly and helpful.

هتل بین الحرمین شیراز اسما سه ستاره است، اما قطعا در بین ۴ و حتی بعضی ۵ ستاره های شیراز بهترینه. در بافت تاریخی شهر ساخته شده و‌کنار شاهچراغ و مسجد نصیرالملک و نزدیک خیلی از اثار تاریخی شیراز مثل نارجستان قوام، خانه زینت الملوک، و مسجد جامع عتیق هست.
هتل دارای رستوران، اتاق بازی و کارگاه صنایع دستی تو حیاطشه که خیلی باحاله.
حیاط باغ و پارکینگ مفصلو خلاصه همه امکانات یه هتلو داره.
پرسنلشم واقعا خوبن. شیرازیای واقعی هستن که بسیار خوش برخوردن.
من مدت زیادی تو این هتل اقامت داشتم و واقعا راضی بودم

باسلام،هتل بسیار تمیز ،مکانی با آرامش ،پرسنلی مهربان و صبحانه متنوع وعالی ،از مدیریت هتل سپاسگزارم.

هتل نوساز ، بسیار تمیز و خوش بو ، به علت تردد کم خودرو در اطراف هتل ، بسیار ساکت و برای استراحت مناسب میباشد . رفتار پرسنل محترمانه مخصوصاً مهماندار خوش برخورد اقای ترابی که بسیار خونگرم و مهربان هستند و هر سوالی در مورد مکانهای گردشگری و رستورانهای شهر داشته باشید با حوصله و علاقه راهنمایی میکنند . کیفیت و تنوع صبحانه اصلاً خوب نیست و از نقاط بزرگ ضعف هتل محسوب میشود . هتل ، پارکینگ اختصاصی بزرگ و مناسب دارد . ضمناً قیمت و کیفیت کافی شاپ داخل هتل به نظر بنده اصلاً مناسب نیست . در مجموع از اقامت در این هتل بسیار راضی هستم و الان ۳ سال هست که برای سفر به شیراز این هتل را انتخاب میکنم .

ما 3شب در این هتل اقامت داشتیم. برخورد همهٔ پرسنل واقعا عالی بود واتاق ها تمیز بود و هم از امکانات مناسبی برخوردار بود ولی تنوع غذای صبحانه مناسب سلیقهٔ ما نبود و کیفیت غذای هتل هم به نسبت قیمت بهتر از غذای رستوران معروف شهر شیراز بود. با وجود نزدیکی هتل به حرم شاه چراغ و یک امام زاده دیگر، هیچ صدایی به گوش ما نرسید و درکل هتل در مکانی بسیار خلوت و آرام قرار گرفته. شما در بدو ورود می تونید با ماشین جلوی هتل توقف کنید و وسیله هاتونو به داخل هتل ببرید و بعد ماشین و به پارکینگ ببرید البته از پارکینگ هم با آسانسور میتونید به طبقات لابی و اتاق ها برید . پارکینگ هتل 24 ساعته بازه اما در شب ها تنها یک درب ورودی و خروجی و باز میذارن.
هتل نزدیک مسجد نصیرالملک، نارنجستان قوام، خانهٔ زینت الملوک و ارگ کریم خان هست که میتونید تا اونجا قدم بزنید و پیاده برید. در کل ما از اقامتمون در این هتل راضی بودیم و اگر دوباره به شیراز سفر کنیم این هتل انتخاب اول ماست.

Хороший современный отель. Останавливались в номере twin- просторный, чистый. Снимаю звезду за местоположение - не самое удачное для пеших прогулок.

هتل خوبی بود از همه نظر برخورد پرسنل ها عالی و محترمانه بود .اتاق ها تمیز و آرامش بخش بود و همچنین نزدیک به مکان های دیدنی

من یک هفته پیش به مدت ۴ شب در این هتل اقامت داشتم از تمام لحاظ عالیه پرسنل خون گرم و زحمت کش تشکر ویژه از آقای ترابی و محیط زیبا و آرامش بخش اگه قصد سفر به شیراز دارید برای اقامت‌ حتما هتل بین الحرمین انتخاب کنيد پشیمون نمی شوید
