ما یه شب اقامت داشتیم واقعا همچه عالی پرسنل عالی فضای عالی طاوس زیبا و‌گلهای محمدی و رز زیبا و اب روان یک فضای کاملا ارام و حس خونه خودمون داشت

آرامش خاصی در خانه احساس میشد.برخورد پرسنل طوری بود که احساس غریبی نداشتم اصلا

An ancient house located near Zandias complex and Vakil bazar.

فقط یه مشکلی که به شخصه داشتم اینه که با جاهای قدیمی راحت نیستم
ویکی اینکه پارکینگ نداشت و توی محله ی پایین شهر بود

It decorated as a historical and cultural site but lot of mismanagement beds are not comfortable ,mosquitos are in the rooms , towel and sop not provided and the main biggest issue is Parking not available.
Just the building is old. While the cost is equal to 4 star hotel

The place itself is a beautiful old house, finely renovated and located in a city centre. They have cute ducks and a peacock. However they need to learn a lot about hotel management.

- The manager there doesn't speak English. The only English speaker there is a lady, who however needs to consult with manager for every matter. So basically, you can't organise or ask anything directly.

- The hotel have mainly male staff, which might be uncomfortable for girls staying there alone.

- There hotel have a lovely yard, but on evening it's occupied by people who are working there, so the tourists can't really enjoy it.

- We had to wait for breakfast for 40 minutes, even though we've agreed to have it at 8am. It's impossible to have it earlier too. Not really flexible.

- The worse thing was that they cheated us in a very cheap way. Before our arrival we got a message: "today we cook home made food for our guests. your lunch will be ready when you arrive"
After checking in,, they invited us to the lunch, but nobody said us the prices or presented menu. We stayed 2 nights and planned leaving at 7am on the 3rd day. We payed for the stay on the day before our departure. Surprisingly, on early morning we saw a message that the hotel sent at 3am, asking 92000 toman for the lunch we had 2 days before! Because manager doesn't speak English, we had to wait for the lady who, instead of saying sorry, started occusing us of being "bad tourists" and screaming that we want everything for free. I will repeat that nobody mentioned before the lunch price and asked us if we actually want it to be included in our bill. Nobody said sorry that they sent the bill at 3am the night before our departure, after we did payed for the stay. As we were in rush and the discussion changed into the fight, we just gave 100000 toman and left, being late for nearly 1 hour because of these people.

So in general it's a beautiful place but people there are terrible. They never admit the mistakes or say sorry, but occuse their own customers. I also working service industry and think that such attitude is unacceptable. It was the worst experience in Iran.

As a piece of advice, in Shiraz there are so many places to stay, better to choose them instead.
