I wanted to buy groceries for my household and I was a regular customer. I eagerly wanted to use washroom, cafe owner said to use washroom but the lady staff from the store was very rude and mean to me saying this washroom is only for staff and not for customers. I felt very disgusted and disappointed. I am not again to step there in the store. Trust me, you should teach your staff how to talk to your customers. Same thing could have been conveyed politely too.They don’t even have a culture of saying sorry.

Never trust them, they will commit for home delivery service after taking the order they don't have courtesy to recive the call. Very Very poor service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
