It was a unique and peaceful experience mud bathing in a pond amidst absolute serenity and utmost privacy. The villa has a beautiful verandah and a garden surrounding it where you can chill all the day soaking in the quietude. Mr. Neves is a accommodating host who gives a detailed tour of the entire property. Overall, it was a very chill way to spend an entire afternoon in this hidden gem.

Me and my boyfriend are traveling from the United States and chose to stay here and couldn’t be more impressed. We received some of the best costumer service of our lives. We stayed in a private cottage and had a very quiet and relaxing getaway thanks to the attentive help of the owner Neves.

Arriving from the US, we had a wonderful time experiencing the island with our new friend, Neves. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area, and we felt supported the whole time. Not to mention the food! Maria is an incredible cook and made us great local food. Thanks for everything!

This place is a hidden gem of a place within another hidden gem - Divar island. Neves, the owner was very friendly and manages the property and service with great attention to detail. The chef madam is great at what she does and made the best fish fry and mutton xacuti I have tried in Goa. I had a great experience even as a solo traveller.

A very unique place in Goa. This place is on an island, and the experience over here is totally different starting from the ferry ride, to this Portuguese house.

This is the best place to stay on Divar Island , Neves uncle has a great experience curated for you and explore this beautiful island. Had a great stay and the rooms were nice , food was good , mornings and evenings are very aesthetic.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for just one night, and it was a truly peaceful and pleasant experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the lush green surroundings added to the charm. The owner's cheerful personality was an added bonus to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this place for a short, relaxing getaway.

Really good place and beautiful surroundings to chill! There is a terrace, kitchen in case you want to cook and lot of space outside. We also got to see peacocks in fields nearby :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Exquisite Haven Resort Home, and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. The old Portuguese design of this house and every detail in it is extremely overwhelming. My family and me had a wonderful experience there. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and friendly. It's a must visit place with friends or family.

Stumbled on the name of “Moradia Dos Quadros” while searching for a place to stay on the beautiful Divar Island. True to its name Moradia meaning Dwelling, it is indeed a heavenly, peaceful dwelling place in a natural habitat overlooking green fields and green fields. The Property is well maintained by host/owner Mr. Neves Quadros, the house is well kept with antique furniture and bedrooms are very spacious and clean. A well plenished kitchen and small bar to help yourself with and to honestly enter the consumption in the “Honesty Book”. To top it to satisfy your hunger with goan food is the ever pleasing Cook Maria, with her outstanding home grown culinary skills, she will ensure you are well fed. Give her enough notice of your requirement and she will ensure your palate is well satisfied.

Divar island is really a hidden treasure. And this stay is a treasure within a treasure. The only regret i felt was that i didn't stay for two days atleast . One day was not enough. Only few places where you stay and feel like wanting to stay more . This is one such place.

One of the major highlights of my stay was the incredible food that was served by Maria at the homestay. Neves takes great pride in showing off the local cuisine made by Maria, and it is rightly so. Maria is an amazing lady and has such a smiley face. Every time you ask her for anything she’ll happily go out of her way and ensure it exceeds your expectations. Her warmth truly shines through in every dish.
