As a visitor from the US, I typically have a language barrier in trying to buy anything when visiting India. Yet when I called this store, they were able to quickly provide an english speaking chemist. He was easily able to help me find the Indian equivalent medicine that we needed for our baby son, and had it delivered within a couple of hours! Great service, free delivery and cheap prices. You can't beat the place.

I recently bought products worth 150 from this store and gave a 500 note. While the staff returned 50, they said they would return 300 in some time as they didn't have change. All 3 attendants were witness to this. After a couple of hours when I went to collect the balance 300, these same 3 attendants plead completely ignorant of any such amount and refused to pay anything. I had to spend almost an hour arguing with them to get my money back! What a horrible experience with these cheats! The store is running entirely on its proximity to kendriya vihar. I'll advice all other customers to tender exact amounts because these people CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
