TWas redirected here after a very bad experience at their Kurla center. It was my first servicing and i was thoroughly disappointed as i had high expectations from Nexa Maruti.- operator at Kurla center did take the responsibility and offered another service at Nerul. This center did a great job to more than make up for it. Mr Sachin Durge who handled my query does his job proficiently. guided me through the appointment process. personally instructed the boys working on the job. the center is looks spacious however looks like they get more vehicles than capacity. for cleaning they had a conveyor like system with adequate staff specializing in step by step process- i was impressed by number of people at each stage all quietly going about there business. i was monitoring each step carefully, mainly due to bad experience of Kurla center, i did not have a lot to point out. i hope this standard continues when not monitoring as well.i would recommend this center and would like to repeat even if it is about 20 KMs away for me. after about a month i had a complain about a hung loose plastic cover at the bottom - i made a phone call and they sent someone to fix this minor issue that i did not want to fix at a local garage. Keep up the good work!
