Its a small shop at huaz khas metro station. Form here u can purchase cold drink namkeen biscuit snacks and other daily routine item . This shop accept payment via cash card and paytm

Staff behavior is not good. The person at the billing counter was very rude. He even said "jaha complaint karni hai kar le kisi se nhi darta" . This type of behavior is not acceptable. Immediate action should be taken on such people. May god give him the hardest lessons of his life n whsmith too to for not giving them the training on how to behave with people. A big thumb down for such people and such outlet.

This store has perhaps given the worst service I have ever seen. Most of the time their stocks aren't refilled. What's worse is that today they couldn't even bill my items because the company hasn't sent the inventory list. paytm doesn't work, and even if you have cash they don't have change.It's strange because the other branches are actually good, and Hauz Khas being a major station, i thought they should be on top but they're not. I'm able to buy stuff probably on 4 days out of 10 only. I don't think DMRC is aware of how they operate at the moment.
Honestly, what kind of a store doesn't even have chocolates?

Very bad services, on there website they have written that a product can be exchange, but they were very rude when I asked them to exchange, even the products were expired and in bad condition
