Highly Highly kmpressed with cooperation of the staff and Managerof Maclodganj (Himachal Pradesh) store. I went there for a short weekend trip and purchased a flask which was damm good looking, and brought it to my hometown which was 8hrs away. By mistake there was wrong description given by sales guy of the product, which i realised while using it. The Showroom Manager realised the issue was kind enugh to refund my whole amount without even asking much questions, thank you so much. Hard to find such honest and true stores 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.

Product range is really nice with good quality. Specially cups. But little expensive.

I bought a deer set made of porcelain.
They look gorgeous but that's it. The quality is horrible. They broke within two weeks.

Service is very pathetic they gave us full warranty of the product but later on doesnt work on it.I hve purchase one showpiece it cost me 5000 & paid full amount at the same time, later they courier us at my place but i found my product was broken I called them n told everything and returned the product to their store at the same address they received my product but the MANAGER itself is least interested and very RUDE , asking about my refund for what i have bear.Its been a month now still NO RESPONSE from their side.All staff members are also RUDE like their MANAGER they doesn't have any manner how to talk with their customer. I LOST MY 5000 BUCKS. Please dont buy any product from this store as they are totally SCAM SCAM….!!!🙏🙏

Items are good quality. However, they keep on saying this item is at discount but during check out say this is fresh piece and sell at MRP. They misguided the items are imported but these are actually local items as I could not find other Emerge branch anywhere outside India. They created handwritten bill which is not having GST number.

Promised home delivery in a different city with full refund guarantee if item broken in transit. Despite sharing the video of opening the product and finding it broken, the store backed out of complete refund..

They sell products available on online shopping platforms at atleast 2-3 times the price. I brought Skull Decanter at 1500 rs which is available at Amazon for 650 rs and products are also not very unique.
