Clean and wide space. Best apartment for middle class families like government job holders, teachers, etc. Comes with a good facility of vehicle parking. The arrangement of security guards is also appreciable. You can get 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK as per your requirements. Adjacent to NH24 and the metro station is also operating soon for this place. Good service of DTC Buses is available from here. Nearest market for all groceries and daily needs is Mandawali.

Nice society with parking space. Minus point: Lift is not available. Location of Apartment is very nice.

Just a bus stand named after the appartment next to it. If you are at saraswati kunj then there is a tea stall at the very side of appartment which is famous in local for its samosa and bread pakoda...yumm.
Also there is paid parking rather chep.

Its a great place to get grocery and kitchenwares . You can find most of the daily needs things at this place. Staff members are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
