Extremely rude to customers, especially non-Indians. When I went there a Japanese couple were making enquiries about a certain product. In an agitated mode the store supervisor (manager presumably) shouted back that they should read whats written before asking and gave his two cents advice that they should not come to a store if they are not fluent in English. How odd for a man whose pronunciation is pretty bad. At least there is parity that Indians or non-Indians are treated equally, even if it is being equally rude to one and all.

If you want to still experience this place, kindly do not pay by credit cards or debit cards, the same supervisor was upset that I wanted to pay by card and finally relented stating that he is going to add 2% above the bill for availing credit facility!

Maybe he had a bad day, or every day is bad for him. Wish the supervisor realises that such behaviour is unwelcome in the modern world and amends his rude behaviour. God Bless!

The old man in the store was extremely rude.
you need to change your attitude ,act according to your age old man.
