Nice Departmental Store! Need more of these around Kochi, most items are available here don't be fooled by the size.

Had a pleasant experience everytime I visited. Last day, I shopped several things but missed out an item while packing up and realised it only after reaching home. Well, my bad that i didn't check it at the first place. Next day when i visited, the staff at counter remembered me and he handed item in no time. Hearty customer service in there...
