The entire process was hassle-free with knowledgeable personnel, especially Mr. Sanoob, Mr. Jackson, and Mr. Ajith, who were helpful and ensured a smooth customer experience. Regardless of the time of the day, all three of them helped me with all queries that I had. And the best thing was that I didn’t even have to step into the shop during the entire process, except for collecting the laptop itself, of course.
