The shopkeeper is not particular about opening the store on time, even after asking him what time he would open. After he arrives at the shop, he takes 45' to remove and arrange things outside the closed shutter of shop. So earliest sale in winters can't be prior 1215 hrs noon. But then he has sort of monopoly in getting South Indian items in Sadar Bazaar, Delhi Cantt. So one has to go to this shop for those items. He manages to get patrons buffalo meat also. If you are intending to go and shop and are constrained with respect to time, it might be worthwhile to ask him not just when he would open store, but to ask him 'when would be ready to sell his wares, ie after coming to shop post procuring buffalo meat catering to delay in Delhi traffic, open shutter 'after' removing all items kept in front and arranging them and then set the haphazardly arranged items inside shop to some level of semblance, dispose off rats in the rat trap etc. I think the reader gets the drift. Let me know if there are alternate shops near by.
