This is a convenience store near Mussoorie diversion. They stock dairy products and frozen food. Havmor and London dairy ice cream can be found here along with habit icecream(subject to availability). They also have home delivery service with minimum order requirement of Rs. 1,000.

Staff not very courteous.weird behaviour staff takes photo without informing the customer.

We are regular to the store and today was one the days when my wife visited the store with our 3 years old and during the shopping he told her that he wanted to use the washroom, which they agreed they have, but wouldn't let my son use. Having a washroom is a basic amenity and refusing to let the customer use, at a time of real emergency, is absolutely ridiculous!
The staff said we have one but it is only for staff, you cannot use it. The kid announced the emergency in front of the same staff member who reluctantly then went to her senior who also refused on the same grounds. My wife asked the staff member to call up the owner to state the emergency of a 3 years old kid but they had made up their minds.

Places like these should be boycotted where people do not understand very basic emergencies. A grocery store is a place where people might take a bit longer to pick up stuff therefore having a washroom should be made mandatory.

Rude staff, rude behaviour of the lady sitting on cash. When the staff is not accommodating, doesn’t matter how good the stuff is in the store.
