It was a wonderful experience to visit William Penn. Rahul was extremely helpful and assisted me to pick my fountain pen. He also gave me hands on tips to regularly maintain my pen and keep it in good condition. Thank you Rahul for all the help.

I wanted to order a pen at William penn. I called them up and ordered it. Rahul K assisted me with it. He was very very helpful and co-operative. After choosing the pen, he helped me with the personalisation, and kept me well updated on how to proceed. He even informed me well in advance when my pen was ready and helped me to deliver it as well. I had a very good experience with him.
