Spread across a massive 4500 acres, Palava City by Lodha is a large township with all the amenities such as schools, hospitals, gym, clubhouse, gardens, mall, temple etc. Lodha left no stone unturned to make this a perfect abode.

Notably, in the township, one doesn’t feel the Bombay’s vibe and pace. While in Bombay one feels the rush, the energy and here in the township it’s the complete opposite. Simply might be as it’s quite far from sub-urban Bombay areas.

This place comes near Dombivali. One gets down at the station and can get a shared auto from Dombivali east for ₹.40/- per person to get dropped at the Lodha Palava entry.

We booked a ready-to-move-in flat at the Lodha due to the great infrastructure.
The staffs are responsive and helpful to us.

I have booked a flat here in rent. You can see the view from my balcony. Lot of greenery around this place. So pleasent and breathe easy compound. If you are looking for a peaceful society this is the apt place to opt for.

It is a township with a shopping mall, cinema hall, stationary store, swimming pool for both adults and kids, unisex gym, indoor gaming rooms, club etc. Also provides bicycles for 1/- for every half an hour. Overall good place to stay. Opposite to this is a market where you can find sweets, meat, vegetables and other household things.

Such a great residency with all the amenities, it's quite spacious, full of greenary and peaceful too.
And last but not the least it's quite reasonable to reside here.

Palava City is my Home. It has world class and class apart amnities, school, park, mall, cinema screens, grounds. When i visited 1st, I made it firm that this is my kinda place where I always wanted to live. Palava also provides security and commuting facilities. Interiors and fittings are also gold class and easy. But traffic in weekends is a very big issue here.

Sometimes, unwanted OUTSIDERS barge into society and spend hours clicking photographs.

Recently shifted here at Casa Bella and trust me, it's beautiful. Too clean, good amenities, many facilities. Only thing is, u must have your own vehicle else traveling can be issue. Ola -Uber can be good option though.

A superb city developed with full amenities..

Only one thing needed is a Good Hospital nearby..
Else everything is awesome.. 👌

For me, Palava is my second home.
Being a planned city, Palava maintains its standard by making the life inside safer.

Palava City (2) - It’s a true SMART City … Simply World Class … Fantastic place probably one of it’s kind in India. Ample green space, super security system, all facilities you need - school, hospital, giant sports complex, shopping center, high class club, children’s park, temple, children’s hobby/ learning classes (music, yoga, dance, painting etc), ATMs, Banks etc. are just at few minutes walking distance … ambience well maintained by PCMA. Wide and well maintained roads … multi level car parking … ample parking for visitors … zero water logging even after prolonged heavy rain … many eating joints including street foods … several large and lush green parks … jogging tracks … Olympic size swimming pool, lakes and ponds within the campus … internal free shuttle service within the city … special bus service to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Dombivali etc.
Proximity to upcoming Airport in Navi Mumbai is another added advantage.
The above is for Palava City 2. Can’t comment on Palava City 1 as I never visited the same.

However no Metro (Metro is proposed - which may take years) or local train (local train proposed - which also may take years) connectivity. Hence Good only if you are using your own vehicle or taking bus/ auto / taxi service for daily travel. New wide roads make drive easy. Tunnel work is 80% complete rest 20% is stuck for months … completion of the same will make Airoli just a 15 minutes drive … Govt. needs to give heed on completion of this project. It’s unnecessarily getting delayed.

Well maintained , clean, and approximately all facilities available within radius.

Amazing society by Lodha Group. The amenities and the maintenance are very nice. The club house with different sports faculty, swimming courts, cricket stadium, supermarket, children school and etc. Also in the vicinity is the Xperia mall which is also very big and really good.

The best place to stay and invest in Kalyan shilphata. A good atmosphere and more then 4000 acre acquired by Lodha world class amenities. Nice place in mumbai to settle down nice township smart township with all the amenities like gym , mall , club , swimming pool , stadium and all only thing Negative is its little far from mumbai like 30 km from powai .

All the amenities are available . Good and peaceful place to stay . However not suitable for one who is traveller as it's adds lot of time to travel which is the con . However palava city have good people but outside palava it's not that good .it will take 5 years to develop . Best place to invest.

1 of the better township i have seen in NAVI MUMBAI ..ull found all the facilities over here which ull demand in a township ..ull find various travelling option to the Mumbai just from the exit gate and ull also find some good decent restaurant over here...

The best part of the township is the climate i can actually feel fresh air and in the rainy season the mountains around the area look really good...
For those who are looking for rented flat in navi Mumbai this could be option of they are not considering the distance..this township is about 30 to 35 km away from Mumbai

What all you need if you are staying in smartest city. Clean roads, Security within society , Club house, Pool, Gym, Auditorium to watch movie, Party banquet halls and internal transportation services

I loved the whole area as there are all facilities such as 24 hour Electricity supply, Water supply, Schools, hospitals, transportation,etc. are available.
The only problem is that it is far from railway station.
