Not good there are dogs sleeping inside there shop. And at times if the order is not so heavy they ignore you

Had really bad experience there.
Their salesman forgot an item in my order to put in a bag, which was already paid. I called him after reaching home and ask him to check the cameras.
He blamed me that I am lying about it.
The same evening I went to their shop to check the cameras footage and asked for the bill twice but he misbehaved and denied the bill.
They knew that I was right about the missing item but still they behaved as if I was lying.
Though, they gave me the missing item back but still they were pretending as if they gave it for free to me.
