KK Residency is located in the heart of Payyanur.
The staff is very friendly and they adhere to your every request.
I personally enjoyed the welcoming nature of the hotel.
The rooms are very clean and a lot of care is taken to clean the washrooms.
Adequate drinking water and tea items were available.
The reception staff is very flexible and try to keep the customers happy.
I enjoyed my 21 day stay here.

The ambience of hotel and food were very good. The location was also very convenient. The staff were very welcoming especially Sanjeev. Overall our stay was worth .

We stayed there for 2 days and the service and facilities are 👍 great... breakfast and dinner also delicious, and kids friendly too ...And the bathroom and room was very clean and neat, they have almost 24hr room service also. Only one thing we noticed that we didn't get enough toiletries, remaining all was good

We had a family gathering at KK residency Payyannur for about 100 people. I was really pleased with the quality of service, available amenities, food, and support from the staff of KK residency. The General Manager and his team did an excellent job and they made everything smooth and memorable. I highly recommend this place for your next celebration

Located exactly opposite to the Payyanur Bus Stand.

Rooms are decent. Though a little old but maintained well. Stayed in the room with balcony.
Service is very good. Friendly staff.
Food is very good. Highlight was the Kerala meals in lunch. I rarely like meals anywhere, but at this place I loved it.
Breakfast buffet is normal. Limited items. Nothing great. But of good quality.

They have a good amount of parking. But in the evening because of the bar the parking gets full.

One improvement suggestion to the hotel will be, to block the parking slots for people who have already booked the rooms and are staying there.

Had an amazing stay and a great experience in K K Residency Payyannur!! The food was outstanding and the staff were very cordial. My family and I will definitely be returning here. Definitely one of the best hotels in Payyannur!

A fine place to stay, dine and. Conduct meetings. It is located in the heart of the Payyannur town. So delegates can easily find out. I like the food, which is very tasty.

My husband and I had to travel to Payyanur to attend a wedding. Since it was our first trip to Payyanur, we were concerned of locating a good place to stay. Based on the reviews we read, we chose KK Residency and it turned out to be a beautiful stay.

Though located in the center of the city, once we entered the hotel, we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent staff, customer centric, the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, awesome food, hygiene room.

I strongly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Located opposite to Payyanur bus-stand (old). Enough space for parking. Food is good and excellent service.

Comfortable stay in the hygienic room, tasty complimentary breakfast and asthetic collection of frames all around. Sanjeev Kumar (Manager) welcomed and served us very well and his proactive service was very helpful for our next travel to goa. We even stopped back again at KK Residency on our way back home from Goa.

Stayed for 2 days, it was good and comfortable, also the food was delicious. The staff were very welcoming. The room and it's bathroom was very clean.
Overall I am happy with the stay here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable stay at affordable prices.

This is a good hotel to stay with family its neet and well maintained there is amble parking and the property is easly accesble. Tha staffs are eerry help full, the rooms and bathroom are very good. The prices is reasonsble. There is a restaurant on the first floor and it has awesome food.

Staying in the hotel for the last 15 days. Very cordial staff and management. Takes utmost care for the guests. Neat and clean luxurious AC rooms, 24 hour hot water, buffet breakfast, spacious restaurant with variety of food both veg and non veg for lunch and dinner. Located just opposite to old bus stand, ample parking space and AC Bar is also available

Located conveniently on the main road next to the bus stand. Plenty of parking available. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Good food choices also available. I enjoyed staying there, and would recommend it to anyone.

Me with my family had an excellent stay there. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. We experienced amazing hospitality. All the service staffs are very co-operative and helpful. The food is very tasty, especially I like thaali meals. They have a large parking area too. It is the best 4 star hotel in payyanur.
