JK Residency (4 star Business Hotel)

I spent my solo vacation exploring the small town of cheruvathur. The hotel provides decent stay, the staff is very accommodating and considerate. Prompt response for services.
Suggestions: Need to have a car wash facility and an ev charging station

Very clean and well maintained. Complementary breakfast was provided. Hygienic and Tasty food. If you book off-line, it will be 24hrs from check-in time rather than 12PM to 12AM.

Comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and service is good. Restaurant serves good food.

I came to visit J k residency yesterday it is very pleasure to give a review on the basis of it.Need to say that the room are very well maintained and it's very nice to stay in room and also the food provided by them are Very delicious and yummy food,staff are Very kind and polite they served very well especially the Manager Mr.Sreejith such a kind person ,he has matintianed all the things very well and co ordinated the program nicely.
Must visit place to enjoy.

Last few days before I stayed in your hotel.The hotel was neet and clean..and the atmosphere is also good. The another thing is that the employees are very good especially the front office staffs they described everything in detail...they are very friendly to customer..I think the front office are nibin and joythi ....I remember this name because of they behaviour...if I have a meeting in kasargod I only chose this hotel....thanks for your valuable service

Conducted a small party in their mini hall recently with dinner. The superviser Midhun was very welcoming and helpful. The venue was pretty neat and The food served for the party was really tasty

On our long road trip we stopped at the restaurant here , breakfast was superb. The staff were welcoming . The restaurant and washroom were super clean. All in all was a decent pitstop for us we spend more than 2 hrs here .

Great stay. Unbelievably supportive staff and management. Stayed during an uncertain time during the covid pandemic. But the whole management and staff responded with great responsibility, and enabled us to have a great stay. They even allowed us to stay in a premium room than we booked, even without charging any extra amount. Thank you team JK residency! Keep up the good work!

Came here as a Pit stop for food only when traveling. Superb bathrooms so ideal for family stops since this route doesn't have any ccd etc.

Had upma and coffee. Was good.

One of the best maintained hotel in Kasargod

It is a very good hotel and a nice one to stay with family & kids. Food at the hotel is very good and I would highly recommend to people looking for local and homely food. Location is also good for stay taking long journey to Mangalore from Kerala as it is almost midway. Hotel staffs were very cooperative and pleasant. Need to improve on administration and allotment of drivers room.
