Gumman is a railway station of Himachal Pradesh. We met with Gumman in our toy train ride from Shimla to Kalka. It was very beautiful.

Gumman lies on the kalka-shimla toy train railway network...UNESCO world heritage site kalka-shimla toy train was started in 1898...It takes about 4 hours from Kalka to reach Shimla (capital of Himachal Pradesh) crossing 107 tunnels and 864 bridges after thousands of turns and twist on the track...A awesome experience .... Beautiful nature can be enjoyed from the toy trains such as Himalayan queen, Shivalik queen etc.

Gumman is a small railway station in sector-6 Parwanoo. This station is usually used by the locals to go to shimla in the small train called Toy Train. There is no direct connectivity to reach station. One has to walk around 500m from main road to reach station. Train arrive and depart from here twice daily. I am attaching the Photo of timings and fares of train but it’s advisable to connect with authorities first. Railway station is very small hardly over 20m like you find in the 80’s movies with no person on station.

Parwanoo or Parwanu is a municipal council in Solan district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is an industrial town. It has Himachal's biggest wholesale market. First in 3rd-category of Swachh Vayu Sarvekshan award 2023 .It borders Panchkula district of Haryana, and is after the towns of Pinjore and Kalka on the Chandigarh Simla Highway. In fact it is separated by a river bed from the town of Kalka. Pinjore to Parwanoo is almost a continuous urban belt. From Pinjore there is also a road to Baddi, another nearby industrial town of Himachal. source
