Ok, we just had food here, happy that we did and almost 30 min ago we were loud and shouting due to delays.
Food was delayed as 2 buses came in at one time and owner said he prepares food fresh . We were skeptical but to my surprise every item was fresh and you can feel the freshness. I would say it’s worth adjusting your travel time and drop in here for fresh good food if you are fussed about good fresh food like me.

A very affordable, tasty and fresh North Indian food. The tadka was awesome. Nice view of the river in the back. 9 of us had lunch for 1400 total.

❤Nice location and the Alaknanda river view is just amazing.. you can get very delicious meals for all day purpose.. staff was friendly. 👍
And the restaurant is very lovely and formal designed..❤

Great location n tasty food at a great price.We were looking for a restaurant for lunch when we found this one just after crossing Nandprayag's small market area.The outlook is good.The ambience is nice with river n mountains view.The staff is well behaved.The order takes time but the quality of food is good.We tried Dosa n Thali.The lemonade was refreshing.The restaurant has clean washrooms.The rates are pocket friendly.The restaurant is cash only.There is parking space outside the restaurant.

Stopped at this roadside restaurant between Rudraprayag and Chamoli. Lovely location and ambience with a beautiful sit out looking over the flowing Alaknanda below.
We had tea and fresh lime soda and fresh lime water.
The tea was very well prepared and is very strongly recommended. Fresh lime combo was delicious and very refreshing.
Strongly recommended for a pit stop.
