Extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful service. Staff is very polite and respectful. Very spacious parking area. Rooms are very clean and pleasant. Very convenient to travel from hotel to various places and temples in Ujjain. This was one of the nicest places we stayed ever before in Ujjain.

The perfect hotel for you if you want to stay in Ujjain. It has really beautiful and cozy rooms and the interior is very pretty 😍
You won't have any worries once you choose this hotel. It's just a bit away from the Mahakaleshwar temple, but trust me it's worth it. You won't find good hotels near the temple anyways. Also, they provide FREE WIFI! So this is definitely a good choice👍🏽

This place is very good for stay.. everything was good..i m satisfied with room service and hotel management..room was very clean nd well maintained.. bathroom was very clean n fresh. Breakfast was tasty n healthy.

Stayed there for a day during my visit to Mahakaal temple.Excellent and professional service.Room charges are also very nominal. Hotel staff was very supportive. Room was very clean.If I visit Ujjain again, definitely gonna choose this hotel

Clean rooms with best hospitality services.A love to stay in Rumaya.Hotel staff is very cooperative.Food provided by them was awesome.They have more options in breakfast than other oyo hotels.I travel to Ujjain once in a month for a week and always stay in Rumaya.I recommend this hotel to everyone.
