Ujjain mahakal mandir , If you go to Ujjain by train, then auto is available from outside Ujjain railway station. You can tell them where you want to go and ask about the fare. Auto drivers also give a card, which The names of some temples are written, if you want to go there, you can fix the fare and go around and come back to the railway station.

It is one among 12 Jyothirlingams. Newly built corridor is nice, one can visit by walk or electric vehicles are available to move along the corridor. Don’t forget to have free Anna Prasad at outside of temple

Here are a few essential tips for your Ujjain-Omkareshwar trip:

1. Bhasam aarti slots online fill up fast, so consider yourself fortunate if you manage to secure one for 200 rupees.

2. Avoid opting for VIP pass entry unless the regular line is exceptionally crowded; both VIP and regular darshan lanes have the same distance from the shivling.

3. For a round trip from Ujjain to Omkareshwar by bus, expect to pay 450 rupees for AC and 320 rupees for non-AC. However, be cautious as the 450-rupee bus might be a cramped mini traveler. For a more comfortable experience, pay an additional 70 rupees for a super AC bus with spacious seating and legroom.

4. A city tour of Ujjain covering 7 points of interest should cost around 300 rupees. Avoid paying more than this amount.

5. The fare from Ujjain station to Mahakal Mandir is 20 rupees per seat.

6. Aarti timings: Bhasam aarti at 4 am, shringar aarti at 11 am, Sandhya aarti at 6 pm, and ratri aarti at 9:30 pm. Consider yourself fortunate if you get a chance to stay at the temple during these aarti times. 🌟

7. Use ride-hailing apps like Rapido or Jugnoo for convenient travel within the city.

8. Keep 2 hours aside to visit the Mahakal corridor especially in the evening.

9. Phones are prohibited under mandir premises you need to keep that in the locker.

Must visit the mahakal corridor,if you are planning to go to ujjain mahakal temple,i suggest that you should take Darshan early in morning 🌄 I wil take only 45-60 minutes. Omkareshwar & mamleshwar temple are also near the ujjain, last time when I was in ujjain covered all 3 temples in one day.

Amazing experience great vibe 😍 everyone one should get this experience.

Spiritual place of india lord shiva temple

I don't have stars to give in this review because Ujjain Mahakal Mandir is one of the most devotional place in India worshipped by Hindus. Jai Mahakal

Very crowded. One must avoid during weekend, Monday and public holiday if visiting with senior citizen, kids or any patients.

I have no words to write hare but the feeling was totally awesome there are so many dreams come true through of visited with lords Mahakal

About this place is that the aarati is start 6 to 7:30 and pliz come to see the aarati is the main of the temple

In Ujjain there qre total more than 80 shiv mandir are there so the bhakths of shiv can go to the mandirs

Jai mahakal 🙏 mahakal mandir is very near to ujjain railway station aprox 1.5km and cost is 150-200rs and is you take flight then Indore airport is almost 60km from mahakal mandir and charges for auto will be Rs 1200-1500 and you can also take public buses which will cost less.
You can take hotels online or even offline, at first go to Shipra Nadi (for snan) where you can find vary temples after Shipra snan you can go for mahakal darshan.
At mahakal mandir you can go though normal line for darshan but you have to stay in line for very long time like it may be 2-3 hrs (shawan month) and there is an instant darshan option which will cost rs250 per person you can book this special darshan tickets at the time of darshan.
After darshan you can just sit and feel the peace of the mahakal ki nagri.
And then you can go for darsan of bada Ganesh mandir which is very near to the mahakal mandir you can buy Prasad at very affordable price i.e rs50 for 100g laddu for ganpati bappa and now you can go for darshan of mata harsidhi mandir which is again very near to bada Ganesh mandir.
Even you can fir mandir in every 100mts ujjain is mahakal ki nagri so, you will find many temples in every 100-200mts.

Mahakaal Lok is built in Ujjain where many statues of Mahakaal are made, which are very beautiful.

Ujjain Mahakal corridor has to be one of the significant developments by Govt in order to promote Tourism to an International Level throughout India. I came across the corridor just on my way back to home post the Mahashivratri night and took couple of pics as it was already closed by 11:00 PM.
