HOTEL MIDLAND

I had a pleasant stay at Midland Hotel Ujjain during my solo trip to seek the blessings of Lord Mahakal. The room was neat and well-maintained, though the washroom could have been cleaner. The hotel staff provided excellent service, making my stay comfortable. While the balcony view was ordinary, the hotel's central location made it easily accessible by auto from various places. Despite a minor room cleanliness issue, my overall experience was enjoyable and satisfying.

Well connected. Bit congested street. Main city area. Reasonable rate and clean rooms.

The hotel is very comfortable and the room are clean. Service is very quick and the breakfast they give is also tasty. They have free pickup service from railway station and also free drop service to mahakaleshwar temple. Staff is very helpful and polite.

They do not have there own restaurant but they provide food in rooms from other restaurant which is not very tasty.

Best stay ever, I recommend this to stay at ujjain, though the place situated in a street and not visible from the main road but the rooms are really contemporary and comfortable. The breakfast they serves guests is also fresh and very good qualitywise and tasty also. Service is Ok not so good but value for money 'Definitely'. Its clean its contemporary its value for money its comfortable what else you need from a mid range hotel they also serves delicious breakfast as well.

Very nice accommodation. Fully worth for what we paid. Free pickup from railway station and free drop to Mahakaleshwar temple is very useful. Also lift, hot water and comfortable space in the room. Definitely I will recommend to my friends .

Good and Comfortable Stay in a Budget range.Situated Near Gopal Mandir, You can find All kind of eating places around this area. Lord Mahakaleshwar Madir is Just 10 minutes away and Hotel Provides free late night/early morning drop facility to the Mahakaal Temple for Bhasmaarti and Jalabhishek. Food is outsourced and may take some time to deliver but rooms are clean and well maintained. Front office staffs are coordial and well behaved. Chandrashekhar the Front office guy is very nice and supportive. Must visit this hotel for a pleasant stay. For food...Ujjain is a place known for its temple and great desi food. Visit bhojnalayas and enjoy the food same as the home made food.

5 stars for rooms w.r.t to price, 4 stars for service, descent and well behaved staff, big rooms for triple beds, 3.5 stars for location but they provide free pickup from station and free rides for Mahakaleshwar temple. Breakfast is OK as you don't have options. Just sandwich and poha but it is tasty. Overall 5 star

Nice budgeted Hotel for family and friends.
Well maintained rooms.
Friendly and supportive staff.
They provided commute in their electric vehicle as and when we needed it , apart from pick up and drop to railway station.
Also, whenever we wanted something, we called the reception and the service was made within 5 mins.
I would strongly recommend everyone to visit here.

I am delighted to have chose Midland hotel for my stay, I found this hotel very very nice and beautiful as per the price, the location is very convenient for everything, there are restaurants, market just outside the hotel, and temple is fee meters away, so travelling won't cost you much.
This is one of the best hotel one can found near mahakalesbwar temple....

Very neat and clean rooms. The staffs are very courteous and helpful arranging free pickup from the station and taxi for our site seeing. We also loved the free breakfast arranged by them. You cannot get a better place for this price.

We were staying in the hotel when demonetization took place. Hotel management helped us going out of the way --
1) Provided ten no. 100 rupee notes for our day to day expenditure (against old notes). Banks & ATM were closed & we were not knowing how to manage food & other sundry expenses.
2) Convinced Taxi owner to accept Rs. 500 notes against their payment for Omkareshwar visit
3) Were willing to even accept hotel rental payment after rwe our return to home town (we paid through credit card)
4) Extremely impressed by their attitude of humanity & customer help.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff and service. Staff is very helpful and empthatic. The only drawback for the hotel is that it lies in a narrow lane. Else..complimentary breakfast, free pickup and drops to/from railway station and mahakal temple..all make the customers delighted.

2 years back I visit with my family and I feel this is a Good place for accommodate with your family a wonderful responsible & Gentle staff when you meet with Manager and Owner both are friendly also very kind & helpful" total hospitality and atmosphere our experience like familiar we enjoying lot. Very good hotel each n evry facilities given by them r vry good n fast. Staff members r vry polite.rooms, bathroom as well as gallery are vry clean. Situated near Mahakaleshwar temple. They pick from station this is also vry good. Breakfast is also available. U can't get this type of hotel at cheap price.

Excellent service...good people...had a unforgettable experience in which without asking any service from hotel, they gave pickup drop facility, then after checking out they gave room for extra 2hes without any charge... Cost of the room was very low compared to other hotels of the same category...clean rooms...over excellent experience
