Place is very quiet and good. Best place for staying and here you get Food also.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff was very helpful! Even before arriving, they answered every question I emailed them- the stay was lovely- the staff was always available to help with directions or getting a ride set up.
The experience was great. Breakfast was too much good and fantastic .hospitality was amazing I was totally amazed from such experience. My visit was for 1day . Spend my evening in Swimming pool area too peaceful . A person who is diligent about work Mr.Gulam sir,Mr. Amit these are A person's identity is personality Thanku

Pretty surprised with the good quality and class of hotel in a place like Parbhani, where most hotels are more of an overhyped lodge.

This is located on Basmat road about 5kms from city center in an MIDC. So the surroundings are purely industrial area. This is like an oasis in the desert.

Reception area is welcoming and was cool and had a pleasant aroma. Feels nice when you step in after a long day of travel in peak summer.

Check-in was quick. Rooms are spacious. Comfy (bedding is super soft. So if you need a firm bed get in touch with the Reception Desk), AC cooling was good and had a very lovely and sound sleep.

The bathroom (Room#114) was clean but needs some immediate maintenance. The door hinge screws are off and can cause the door to come off.

Room had a hot water kettle, 2 complimentary 1 litre water bottles, tea/coffee and hot water kettle. There is a mini fridge but was empty.

Lift is super slow. Use the stairs !

Restaurant (veg & non-veg) is on the ground floor. Food portion is decent but food was tasty. Service was quick and staff friendly.

Morning buffet breakfast had a good spread. Food was again good.

Hotel has a small swimming pool on the ground. Nice for a quick dip to refresh.

Found the bath linen to be a bit rough. The laundry may need to use fabric softners.

They have dorms and washrooms for drivers at no extra cost. That was appreciated.

Highly recommended. Would prefer to stay here over all other hotels.

At the entry point of the city, hotel is giving best stay option in Parbhani with all facilities. Also they have nice restaurant attached on ground floor. Hotel area as well as rooms have nice and aesthetic architecture. In rooms, you will get all basic things. Now coming to the service, Fern have quite attentive staff. You will get quick room service. Now coming to to food, you will get nice Punjabi and Maharashtrian food here with good taste. You can have ur meal in the restaurant or you can choose room dinning also. There is also a banquet hall on the ground floor. Parking space also available along the compound wall of the hotel building, but vehicle will be safe. Overall I have given 5 star according to my experiences from yesterday.

One of the best hotel in Parbhani to stay. Cleanliness is very good and up to the mark. The staff is also friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Though there were some issues with ac at the start but the staff was prompt to fix them immediately. Therefore a good option to consider when staying in Parbhani.

This place is far away from railway station but once you are inside you will feel safe and satisfied with quality of service you receive. Food quality is great throughout and internal amenities are great. They arrange for auto as well on demand so it reduces your tension of finding auto from such areas.

The food , the room and the staff everything just sooo good and awesome...in simple word "Awesome".

Stayed 3 nights and four days. This hotel is located in the quiet MIDC area amidst greenery. Well maintained property, young friendly service, reasonable rates. It has a pool and banquet facility.
