Slightly disappointed in making charges but other things are really appreciated like, Shop environment, staff behavior and convincing ( specially Kavita Kshirsagar Madam)....They also offered Refreshment drinks also.....Overall experience is excellent....

I like very much about transparency in the transaction. Clear cut buy and sell policy across customer. No chance of duping.

I want to suggest one thing,
Once you get personal ID like aadhar and PAN, get it in your database.
For any future transactions it will act as KYC. so no need of photocopies every time.

We feel silver stock must be more at parbhani. If any limit is set for this store, it must be increased.
