One of the must visit temple near to Medak. Temple is very nice, in rainy season with lots of rains temple will be flooded, check before you plan to go there. Lot of monkeys will be there you have to be little careful while buying prasadam else monkeys will snach it. Entire road to temple from hyderabad is awesome, you get to see thousands of monkeys and full of nature. You can visit narsapur forest on the way to temple as well.

We went on Saturday to visit the place, it's around 90 mins drive from Hyderabad and the place is very calm. The surroundings of the temple are filled with very beautiful locations and it's quite good for trekking.

Temple is full crowded but temple near environment is awesome ponds water falls excellent views totally one day enjoyable trip

This temple is located at rocks on Yedupayala river. When we visited at the time of COVID there were very little pilgrims at this temple. Near to this temple all are rock hills and the weather was very pleasant in the month of August. Here every year Theru / Thirunallu / Jathara usthawalu will be celebrated. Nice place to visit for a Weekend. The water flows just before the temple and the view is awesome. There is small trek that takes you to top of the temple for a spectacular view. It is believed that rushi meditated on top of this hill. Shops available for utensils to cook or they will cook for you. The road is new and easy to find and go.

Such a nice place to visit to enjoy nature, great history behind this Durgamma temple. Temple is Surrounded by water, we can enjoy going there, we can avail facilities around there, rooms, utensils to cook ourselves, main thing at this place is water body where we can chill out alot in water.

Very much enjoyed. Easy to reach. Road is very good from Hyderabad. Excellent place to spend entire day. You need to carry your food. Be careful with lot of monkeys. Beautiful water bodies. Can enjoy swimming. Parking is bit tedious. There is no structure and system. Overall great experience.

Good and peaceful place to visit with family. The view around the temple is amazing. The dam and water reservoir nearby gives a wonderful feeling.

We had a small picnic with the family members in the nearby fields and that experience was really wholesome.

Sri Edupayala Vana Durga Temple was built in 12th century, this temple is one of the most famous and powerful temple in Telangana. River Manjeera flows as seven streams and they confluence at this place. Dedicated to Goddess Durga, the seven streams of Manjeera river were formed with the names of seven ancient sages called Jamadagni, Atri, Kasyapa, Viswamitra, Vasistha, Bharadwaja and Gowtama. The idol of the goddess Durga is situated in the middle of these 7 streams. In rainy season the river water flow in heights and reach the legs of goddess and thousands of devotees come to Edupayala to watch this amazing scene.

Nice place to visit in weekend but the public will be huge here in karthika masam season .. the temple is very good and clean .. before temple the water flows down which will be very good and watchable place one can definitely enjoy the weekend here.. it’s better to visit this temple early morning time as the weather here feels very hot than normal..
