This place is an oasis. Start from the friendly greeting at the front gate to the welcome drink checking in. The rooms are spacious, clean with a nice bathroom with hot water. Breakfast was incredible and other meals we ate there also was delicious. They spoke english well and nothing was too much trouble. They organised a driver for a tour around Jaipur and to Agra. Highly recommend this place.

We left the hotel this morning. Everything excellent. Cleanliness, breakfast, spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent bathroom. Its staff is outstanding. From the doorman, friendly and always smiling, the reception, the room cleaner and the young people in the dining room. Special mention and we highlight Shyam, concerned, attentive, excellent disposition and encouragement.

This small hotel near city-center in Jaipur is a jewel. We arrived by train in Jaipur and being picked up in time by a beautiful vintage car and a one of a kind friendly driver. The welcoming of the hotel manager was very courteous and friendly. He showed us our beautiful rooms and explained to us everything we need to know for our stay (see pics). The hotel is absolutely clean, the staff is very friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. (See pics). During the very hot hours, we always enjoyed our cool beer followed by a cool jump into the pool. Our waiter, Karan Singh (see pic) was always around to bring us everything we wanted. In the evening he served us the delicious food as well. With his warm and friendly human nature we always had the feeling to be welcome during our stay. I cannot express how well we felt us in this treasure of a hotel. I want to thank everyone who helped to make this stay of us an unforgettable memory of India. If future brings me back to this beautiful country, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
Thanks to the complete team for this unforgettable experience.

A heritage property located in a quiet part of Jaipur but still very close to everything.
The highlight is the swimming pool. Small but super clean.
Very well maintained property with extremely comfortable with huge tastefully decorated rooms.
Our bathroom was larger than some of the rooms we stayed in on our trip and very modern and with a tub as well as a shower cubicle.
The breakfast was sumptuous. The staff was super polite and helpful.
The hosts, graciously always ready to guide us, were around but rarely seen.

This was my first time to Jaipur and among my first few days in India, and the staff made me feel right at home. The food was excellent (both dinner and the breakfast buffet, which was included in the room rate). The room was very spacious, and the pool was lovely. The staff was exceptional, especially during meal times. Gajendra, the breakfast waiter, was extremely kind. AC and hot water also worked well.

I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here next time I am back in Jaipur.

We arrived late at night. The kitchen was about to close but the staff extended their time so we could eat after a long day of travel. The rooms were clean. The staff treated us like royalty. The hotel has great character. We would definitely stay there again if possible.
Thank you! From Hugh and Lorna

One of the best places we stayed in during our 3-week trip across Radjastan. Very cosy hotel with lots of character. Nice and very clean pool in the backyard. Great breakfast and very friendly staff! Especially Shyam Singh was a great host. He was very attentive to our needs, bringing us more masala tea, toast, etc. before we even needed to ask. And all of this with a calm presence. Truly gifted person, made for this job!

The place was very homely. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We checked out of the hotel in the morning but had our return train in the evenings. The hotel gave us guest room for the time being. They made our trip worth it.

We stayed at the Dera Rawatsar on our trip to India. We arrived and felt 100% comfortable from the first moment. The rooms are very clean and luxury with a beautyful bathroom, the staff is incredibly nice and also the food is very tasty.
A special service, was the lunch package. We had to check out at night and without asking we got a lunch package the evening before. That is very caring! We would definitely come again!

This is a great hotel for the money. Its quiet, which I love, the pool, while not luxurious is clean and also quiet. They feed you at every opportunity and the staff takes a genuine interest in your well being.

Excellent rooms, delicious good, polite staff.

I must thank the hotel management for the room upgrade (never thought they have suit kind of room! ); our kids loved so much and carried life time memories. Just go for it, it has everything want you want.

Great hotel and amazing service.
We stayed here for 3 days with a party of 15 in 5 rooms and we loved it.
Serivce was top class, from security guy to house keeping staff to kitchen everyone was so nice. Breakfast in the morning was great. One feedback : bathrooms need some renovation, a good quality toilet seat, bathtub and other bathroom fittings are much needed.

If I could give the staff, manager, and owner 10 out 5 stars I would. TLDR: The team gave a heroic effort to ensure that I was taken care of even though I wasn't even a guest! I can only imagine how they treat their guests.

The longer version: I was in a dispute with a nearby hotel and showed up on their doorstep at 10.30pm, trailed by a staff member of the other hotel. (I didn't want to stay in the original hotel, had paid half (one night) online, but didn't have the cash to pay the second night. That hotel's team didn't take card and didn't believe I'd come back in the morning pay. They blocked my uber and chased me to Dera Rawatsar). The team at D.R. was judicious and thoughtful in listening to both sides and working with me to figure out a solution--even though my phone was dead and not charging, I had almost no cash, and my atm card (we came to discover) was not working. Basically I didn't have a hill to stand on. They figured out how to charge my phone, accompanied me to the atm (I didn't want to go alone as a single woman at 10.30pm), and fed me dinner! They were fully booked (Diwali) so in order to make room for me, they were cleaning up a room that was under construction for me to stay in. I had already booked another hotel before trying to leave the original hotel in dispute and didn't want to make the team prepare another room, so I didn't stay, but the room was beautiful with stunning bathroom tile, a second sitting room, and a balcony. The food was delicious. The staff were so kind. Even the guests were kind. Basically, stay here is the moral of the story. Their team will do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay, and the facilities and food are great. You can't go wrong.

Dera Rawatsar was home away from home. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. The staffs are very cordial and amicable. Overall hospitality 100/100. Food was sumptuous. Special mention to driver Lal Bahadur😍 He guided us throughout the Jaipur trip as to which places to visit and what the best time is. Definitely recommend to stay her to experience the hospitality ❤
