ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

Shashi has been an excellent person. Extremely sweet. It was our parents birthday and they arranged a cake, and gave some things complimentary. Truly appreciate the team and the thought that went to put the effort. Peshawar I never fails!

Besides being a luxurious hotel, this hotel also has all kind of facilities that a person may look for in a luxurious and high class hotel. The house keeping and room service responds very quick to your call and bring what you may ask for. If you are looking for a hotel in Jaipur for a vacation that shows the culture of Rajasthan, then this hotel could be the one for you.

Beautiful decor and good location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had to change our room once due go the AC system, causing a smell as it seemed if wasn't run for a while. We didn't have the buffet hence ordered food from them menu which we found to be very pricy but the quality of the food didn't match the prices on the menu. Overall we had a great experience!

The hotel is extremely nice in every respect. We ate in the Pavilion Restaurant several times. The range and choices of food are excellent. Sandeep was particularly helpful on every occasion.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and pretty and spacious, with great customer service. Everyone is helpful and friendly.
There is only one elevator bank for all rooms so it can be a very long walk to get to your room from the lobby.

An oasis in Jaipur! Beautiful, tastefully decorated 5-star hotel with all of the amenities. From the gracious welcome by the staff outside the entry and the reception staff, to the wonderful spa staff, and topnotch restaurant personnel, we were well taken care of throughout our stay.

A special commendation to Jitender Pathore, Mohammad and Sudhir from the restaurant for their superb service and attentiveness! No request was too much trouble and their professional quick response to any requests were very much appreciated. All of the delectable food choices were of top quality.

I had a spa appointment and the massage was one of the best I have experienced. The spa is spotlessly clean, with first rate facilities including a sauna and steam room.

Our room had all of the amenities you would require plus a lovely view of the pool. The bedding was of superior quality as well as all of the shampoos and lotions. The room itself had ample room and was well taken care of.

The perfectly kept pool is among the largest I have seen at a hotel of this size. The lounge area around it had calm music playing and was a relaxing haven.

We appreciated the acknowledgement of our Marriott Titanium status with an upgraded room and a special drinks package at the stunning bar.

Thank you again for a lovely stay! We will definitely stay here on our return visits.

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. The food is quick and delicious!! Sudhir is the BEST. Overall great experience. Had to mention the one guy because he truly made our trip.

Great 2 night stay at the ITC in Jaipur. The restaurants and bars on location had great food and service (especially peshwari). Staff was very attentive to our large groups needs the entire stay. Would recommend for a luxury nearby the bustling old city.

The breakfast and service are excellent. You feel very well taken care of. Sudhir at breakfast is very attentive. At the bar Surag is very very accommodating and makes an excellent cocktail.

Overall its a good experience to stay in this hotel . Sudhir & Rakesh were very helpful and went above & beyond to assist my sister who is on wheelchair. They provided us everything very quickly whatever we ask. Thank you to the staff and management.

So i would specially like to mention about the Suryavanshi Banquet as the ambience of this banquet is elegant and royal.
Food here is just amazing as each and every dish that you will have in your meal is so good and tasty.
Also i would like to specially mention about the proactive and cooperative hospitality services of Vimal Ji & Vivek ji as they were very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. Affak Khan was our waiter for breakfast and did a fantastic job taking care of us every morning.

We stayed at this property December 27 to the 30th 2023. The service was excellent. The rooms are clean. The staff are very polite and helpful.
The travel desk person. Pradeep was very hospitable and helpful. We used a car through the hotel which was clean, and the chauffeur was excellent.
The hotel also has a Marriott affiliation and hence one has access to Marriott points and Bar and snacks 5-8 pm

Hotel stay was Amazing and the House keeping was really really nice as Ram Singh has given such a cleanly rooms every day. I would highly recommend the Hotel and services given by house keeping.

I went to itc along with my friends. The staff and hospitality of the hotel was excellent. Mr. Bhole shankar Mishra addressed us with kindness and gave us unexpected service!! We had our lunch in Jal mahal. The food was delicious. Overall we will loved to revisit ITC in future.

This place defines luxury. I had a comfortable stay. The staff was very amicable and courteous. The service was very prompt and the property is beautiful. I don't think I expected anything more from them in my previous visit. However, the corridors were labyrinths as we got lost in those quite a few times. Since it is a huge property, wayfinding was a little bit of a task within the campus.

However, what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Mr. Bhole Shankar Mishra. His attentiveness and genuine care ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was impeccable.

We had my wife’s birthday dinner at the Jal Mahal restaurant and the buffet was exemplary and extensive. Our group of 8 people was very well taken care of Md. Amman and his colleagues. They even were able to get us a cake at the last minute. We are glad we decided to have a meal here and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

We stayed for 4 nights, after staying at Taj Hotels in Delhi & Agra. Although the Taj Mahal hotel in Delhi was beautiful, the service & food for Breakfast at the ITC Jaipur, in particular, was actually better & at a much lower price for our stay. The staff are clearly well managed, motivated & keen to provide excellent service. A special mention for Mdamman, Jindra, Rakesh & Suraj who looked after us splendidly, but also to the Head Chef, who made a special effort to enquire how we were finding everything on many occasions & even researching a replacement for the Soy sauce, that was Wheat/Gluten free . It really was service beyond expectations. Thank you & we will definitely book an ITC when we hopefully return to India & elsewhere in the world.
