I got my shoulder implants done by Dr. Arun Partani here. I must say that choosing Fortis for the procedure was the best choice. He is a great doctor and extremely supportive. The surgery went really well and was was put on physiotherapy the very next day of the procedure. I was told everywhere that I will have to take care of my hand and shoulder and no movement for 1 month. But, Dr. Partani made it so easy for me that I was able to do therapy from the very next day of the procedure. I am sure I will recover very soon, all credit goes to Dr. Partani. His entire team is excellent. They took exceptional care and were always ready for anything and everything that I needed. In fact, they went an extra mile to make it very comfortable for me, post the procedure. Not even during the day, even during the night, they visited me multiple times to make sure everything is fine and I was in no pain or discomfort. The surgery went really well, and I experienced no pain at all even after 3 days of the procedure. Every staff member here is always available to help and make sure that patients are treated with outmost care. The premises was very clean and the cleaning crew was engaged in cleaning multiple times in the day. I really liked that after discharge was completed, the people experience head came to get my feedback on the services provided. This shows that they do care for their patients.
